Kate Moss enjoys an off-duty day in LA as she stocks up at CVS after girls’ holiday with daughter Lila

Kate Moss looked stylish while running errands at a CVS in Los Angeles on Sunday, shortly after getting back from a trip with her friends.

Supermodel Kate Moss, 52, and her daughter Lila, 23, recently returned from a sunny vacation in Tulum, Mexico, where they were seen enjoying the warm weather last week.

Kate, originally from the Cotswolds, is now in California. She was spotted over the weekend dressed casually.

She was wearing a light yellow blouse over a white tank top, paired with blue jeans and brown heeled boots.

Kate styled her blonde hair, which had highlights, in a relaxed half-updo. She completed the look with black sunglasses and bold gold earrings.

Kate recently showcased her incredible physique while on vacation, looking fantastic in a small tan bikini as she enjoyed the sunshine.

Kate looks like she’s getting younger! She’s traded her wild partying days for a healthier lifestyle, and it’s showing – she’s now sporting a fit physique and glowing skin.

Kate now often cleanses with juice fasts, and especially likes the seven-day juice-only program at the LifeCo wellness resort in Turkey, which she’s been attending annually for the last ten years.

Kate owns Cosmoss, a wellness company that offers a variety of products, including her own brand of teas, skincare items, and a book filled with 150 uplifting quotes.

Let me tell you, creating a home workout space that really works for me is a priority. I’ve invested in a top-of-the-line Cadillac Pilates reformer – it cost around £4,000 – and I work with an amazing personal trainer named Hortense Suleyman to make the most of it. It’s all about finding what helps me stay consistent and feel great!

According to a source at a magazine, the brand is entering popular trends a bit late – candles, serums, and perfume aren’t exactly cutting-edge. However, the founder has been actively working on the project, and Cosmoss is already available at Harrods, suggesting she’s optimistic about its success.

Kate has often shared her secrets for looking youthful, explaining the tips and tricks she uses to maintain her appearance.

She shared with Net-A-Porter that she combats jet lag by drinking plenty of water and eating light meals during flights. Once she lands, she immediately adjusts to the local time by staying awake until her normal bedtime.

As someone who’s always testing the latest skincare innovations, I’ve been really into red-light LED therapy lately, and I’m loving the Talika Time Control + device. What I appreciate most is how compact it is – perfect for throwing in my suitcase when I travel! Honestly, I’m already noticing a visible improvement in my skin’s texture and tone. And to really boost things, I’ve also incorporated rose quartz and jade gua sha into my routine. It’s all about that self-care and finding what works for you!

Kate also likes to refresh her skin by splashing her face with ice water and reduce puffiness around her eyes using cucumber slices.

She previously shared a simple trick for dealing with days when her skin looks its worst: dunking her face in a bowl of ice water and cucumber slices. She says it quickly firms up her skin and reduces swelling.

Next, I apply a few drops of Cosmoss Golden Nectar facial oil while using my gua sha tool. This combination helps brighten skin, remove toxins, and encourage lymphatic drainage.

Kate also says she avoids sun exposure, something she started doing after her friend and makeup artist, Charlotte Tilbury, advised her to.

She shared with Grazia that Charlotte Tilbury advised her to stay out of the sun, explaining that as a redhead, Tilbury understands the risks. She admitted to not initially heeding the advice, but now she’s being very careful!

As someone who prioritizes wellness, I’m often asked about my routines. One thing I swear by is incorporating regular juice cleanses into my year – I typically do a three-week reset a few times to help my body feel its best.

I really enjoy doing juice cleanses! I do one about three times a year, lasting a full week. It makes me feel fantastic and gives me a huge boost of energy – sometimes too much energy, according to others! I feel so good, I could bounce off the walls!
