Kate Ferdinand shows off her incredible figure in series of bikinis as she shares sun-soaked snaps from family half term holiday
Over the weekend, I delightfully showcased my remarkable physique in various swimwear, while sharing vibrant, sunlit photos from our cherished family vacation during the school break. (Kate Ferdinand was the original poster of these images)
Previously on TOWIE, the 33-year-old ex-star showcased her toned physique in a captivating blue triangle bikini, accentuating her defined abs. In another image, she donned navy swimwear and shared a sweet moment with her daughter Shae, embracing her lovingly.
Kate serves as the step-parent for Rio Ferdinand’s three children, Lorenz (aged 18), Tate (aged 16) and Tia (aged 14).
Additionally, she’s parent to a son named Cree, who was born in December 2020, and a daughter called Shae, who joined the family in 2023.
She wrote in the caption of her post: “During half-term break, it’s been great to have Lorenz and Tate home for the off-season. It was extra special because we got all five children together.

In other photos, she was stunningly elegant in a deep-necked red gown, posing alongside Lorenz and Tia, whose faces were not yet visible at that moment.
In addition, Kate posted a heartwarming clip showing Shae and Cree strolling hand-in-hand through a sunlit backyard, both adorably dressed in similar swimsuits.
Kate enthusiastically desires to instill a love for health and wellness in her children, whom she co-parents with her ex-footballer-turned-broadcaster spouse Rio.
In an interview with Women’s Health, Kate shared that her approach to fitness during her teenage years mirrored her own journey, as she too fell in love with working out while attending high school.
She mentioned that her school was quite distant, requiring either a bus or train ride for commuting. However, if she accompanied her mother to the gym in the morning, she would receive a ride to school from her mom later on.
I developed a deep affection for swimming and weightlifting at the gym, activities that have become integral parts of my lifestyle ever since. I appreciate the physical transformations brought about by these exercises, yet what truly captivates me is their impact on my mental well-being.
During challenging moments when I struggle with anxiety, I find solace in exercise as it provides a momentary escape from my worries. It’s rare in my daily life, filled with children, for me to focus solely on the present without letting my thoughts wander elsewhere – but during my workout sessions, that’s exactly what happens!

In relation to her new activewear line for Tesco’s F&F, Kate previously mentioned: “This collection is ideal for anyone who’s always on the move, be it a mom or someone with a hectic lifestyle. It encompasses a variety of items, from gym attire to cozy tracksuits.
As an obsessed fan, I find myself donning leggings and a hoodie day in and day out, especially with my little ones around. Honestly, these garments have become essential for me; I can’t imagine life without them! The quality of these items truly exceeds expectations – people will be amazed at how exceptional it is.
Following the news of becoming F&F’s latest Brand Ambassador, she expressed her delight by saying: ‘I can hardly contain my excitement about joining the F&F team in this role! Starting off with activewear is just the right fit for me!’
I always wear activewear, whether I’m out running errands or engaged in a workout, making it my go-to attire regardless of the occasion.
