Earlier this month, ex-TOWIE cast member Kate disclosed alarming information on her Instagram by uploading a picture from inside an ambulance with her young child, without revealing the cause of his injury.
She wrote over the top: ‘We ended a fabulous trip with a broken collar bone. My boy just always gets injured!!
‘It’s been sleepless nights, cuddles, tv & chocolate since.’
The podcaster told how the frightening incident occurred at the end of their ‘fabulous trip’ .
