Kate Ferdinand rang in her 34th birthday with her husband Rio and their children on Tuesday.
As the podcast host shared about the festivities, she expressed her gratitude by saying she felt thankful as she extinguished the candles on her birthday cake.
In the Instagram update, Kate smiled for a photo with her dog in a room full of balloons.
She was then joined by Rio, 46, his son Lorenz, 18, and their daughter Shae, 23-months.
Kate captioned the update: ’34 today. Feeling very blessed.’

Kate and Rio might be considering relocating to Dubai, nearly a decade since their initial encounter in that very city.
The reality TV personality from TOWIE and the former football player are reportedly contemplating a move, along with their kids, and have started exploring luxurious homes and educational institutions in that region.
Collectively, they have children named Cree and Shae, with Kate additionally being a stepmother to Lorenz (age 16), Tate, and Tia (both 13), who are from Rio’s marriage to the late Rebecca Ellison.
As reported by The Sun, the pair plans to reside primarily in The Gulf, with occasional trips to the UK for work commitments. Simultaneously, this arrangement offers Rio a chance to expand his business ventures overseas.
According to a source, Rio and Kate have been contemplating a move to the Gulf region and are actively searching for a spacious property with numerous bedrooms.
“They adore the laid-back lifestyle and bright climate, making numerous connections along the way. It’s an extremely secure environment for families, providing a health-conscious atmosphere that perfectly fits their needs.
They have a particular fondness for that location, since it was where they first met, and it offers them convenient access for their professional engagements in the UK, making frequent trips back and forth effortless.

In the year 2016, Rio and Kate, who eventually got married in 2019, first crossed paths during their vacations in Dubai, introduced to each other by some common acquaintances.
Kate reminisced on the eighth year of meeting her spouse, posting a touching flashback photo of them both from December.
The pair returned to the UAE to celebrate 2025, with Kate posting a warm picture of them enjoying an evening together.
Alongside the post, she wrote: ‘Rio & I met 8 years ago yesterday.
It’s amazing how things have come full circle; we find ourselves once again at the same spot where our journey together began, now as a family of six, having added two more lovely kids to our brood of five.
Reframing thoughts, it’s astonishing to ponder over the serendipitous encounter that led us here, a group of seven – though wishing dearly for the presence of Lorenz. Despite the numerous obstacles that have come our way, we stand united and eager to welcome the New Year together as a growing family.
