She’s been soaking up the sun with her husband Rio on another sunny getaway.

On a stunning day in Portugal, Kate Ferdinand displayed her remarkable physique in a tiny, white-and-spotted swimsuit while spending a fantastic day aboard a yacht with her husband.

As a devoted devotee, I’m excited to share that, following my sunbathing escapades aboard the lavish liner, I’ve gathered a delightful assortment of Instagram moments from my recent holiday with Rio.

Displaying her well-defined figure, Kate struck a pose in her chic white string bikini featuring black spots, moments before she immersed herself in the sea for a refreshing swim.

She captioned her post: ‘A fabulous day at sea.’

Recently, Kate posted some pictures she took during her family vacation with Rio, spent at a lavish villa, following a week’s stay there during half-term.

In the podcast, the host is a step-parent to Rio Ferdinand’s trio of kids – Lorenz (age 18), Tate (age 16), and Tia (age 14).

Additionally, she is a mother of two; her son Cree was born in December 2020, while her daughter Shae joined the family in 2023.

During half-term break, I wrote in my post that our whole family is reunited again. That includes Lorenz and Tate, who are back for the off-season. So, it was truly memorable to have all five of our children together.

In other photographs, she was seen radiating elegance in a deep-necked red gown, standing alongside Lorenz and Tia – their faces remaining unseen for now.

Additionally, Kate posted a heartwarming clip featuring Shae and Cree strolling hand-in-hand through a sunlit garden, both donning similar swimsuits.

Kate takes great interest in instilling a healthy lifestyle in her children, whom she has with her ex-footballer husband-turned-pundit, Rio.

Kate shared with Women’s Health that her high school years sparked her passion for fitness at the gym, and subsequently, many teenagers have adopted a similar fitness journey as hers.

She noted that her school was located at a distance where she needed to travel by bus or train. However, if she accompanied her mother to the gym early in the day, her mom would give her a ride to school later on.

Swimming and working out at the gym became a passion that has been a constant part of my life. I appreciate the physical changes exercise brings about, yet what truly captivates me is its impact on my mental state.

> During difficult periods of anxiety, I find solace in exercise because it offers a momentary escape from my thoughts. In contrast to my busy daily life filled with children and their needs, where my mind is constantly preoccupied, during exercise, I can solely focus on the task at hand.

Regarding her new activewear line for Tesco’s F&F, Kate mentioned: “This collection caters excellently to those constantly on the move, be it a busy mom or anyone with a hectic schedule. It offers a variety of items, ranging from gym wear to comfortable tracksuits.

Due to spending a lot of time with kids, my daily attire mostly consists of leggings and a hoodie. In fact, I couldn’t imagine living without them! The quality is truly exceptional; I believe people would be surprised by its excellent standard.

Following the announcement of my appointment as F&F’s latest Brand Ambassador, I am thrilled beyond words! Starting this journey with an activewear line feels incredibly fitting and timely for me!
