In her recent talk with The Sun, Kate sadly disclosed that she received menacing messages and offensive remarks concerning her attire at the pop star’s funeral.

She mentioned that, following the passing of the 31-year-old, she found herself compelled to eliminate her social media accounts because of the excessive harassment she encountered.

Critics, particularly online, labeled the American social media personality as a ‘materialistic pursuer’, while hurling additional derogatory remarks such as ‘she overdoes her makeup’ and ‘seeking excessive attention.’

In response to the online critics, Kate shared with the media: “My primary intention was simply to appear attractive for my partner one last time.

‘That’s how he would want to see me, and that’s how I would want him to see to remember me by.’

Yet, she mentioned that fortunately, she’s managed to dismiss the verbal assaults, largely due to her long-standing involvement in the entertainment industry alongside Liam.

She explained: ‘Liam would want me to be as strong as I can be, and just have a thick skin.

She wrote: “Over the last few months, I’ve found myself in some incredibly painful times. I find myself constantly wishing that I might open my eyes to discover it was all just a terrible nightmare.

‘Most days I feel numb and broken. The weight of it all feels unbearable.

Yet, after being flooded with numerous messages from Liam’s devoted followers yearning for understanding in these challenging times, I felt compelled to shed some light on the dynamics of our special bond – my one and only love.

In this conversation, you’ll find me sharing an unprecedented personal experience – the heartache of losing Liam for the very first time. I humbly ask for your patience and empathy as I walk through this journey with you, hoping that my story will be received with kindness and understanding.

During the interview, Kate shared that she developed a deep affection for the well-known tragic figure when she was young, having become an admirer of his previous group, One Direction.

Initially, Liam’s American partner Kate joined him in Argentina, supposedly to witness his old bandmate Niall Horan perform at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires.

However, the influencer had already taken off on a plane towards her home in Florida over 24 hours prior to his untimely demise at the age of 31.

Kate openly acknowledged that she harbored a fondness for the musician well before their relationship began, which eventually led them to journey together on extravagant travels around the globe.

In 2022, she encountered the singer for the first time, which was six years following the disbandment of One Direction. This happened while she was socializing at a bar in Charleston, South Carolina, one evening.

Following the exchange of phone numbers, they decided to go bowling for their initial date; however, the influencer maintains that she never anticipated it developing into a romantic relationship.

It’s been revealed that the reason for Liam’s passing was due to ‘polytrauma,’ a condition where an individual experiences numerous severe bodily injuries as a result of trauma or accidents.

Five individuals face charges in Argentina for the fatal incident where a man allegedly fell from a balcony on the third floor of the CasaSur Hotel.

According to Argentina’s National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor’s Office, the hotel manager, a receptionist, and a friend of Payne have been accused of manslaughter.

The news reports that Gilda Martin is allegedly a hotel manager, Esteban Grassi, a receptionist, and Roger Nores, a friend of Payne, are involved. Additionally, two more individuals are facing charges for the distribution of illegal substances.

Instead of saying Kate dismissed accusations of abandoning the singer prior to his death, it could be rephrased as “Kate refuted allegations that she left the singer alone before he passed away, explaining that she had gone back to their Florida residence to care for their rescue dog, Nala.

She was home when she received the call telling her Liam had died.

Initially, she found it hard to accept the news, describing it as if she had entered a moment of shock or disbelief, almost as though her phone call would prove it wrong. Yet, his phone continued to ring.
