Kate Brazier started the new year with a positive attitude, showing off her fit body in some eye-catching photos.
The 35-year-old PR specialist posted a mirror selfie on Instagram after announcing her separation from husband Jeff Brazier.
Katie shared a gym photo of herself wearing a white crop top and black leggings. She looked toned and fit, showcasing her strong abs after a tough workout.
She recently showcased another style, wearing a chic black dress for a night out and posting with the hopeful message: ‘The best is yet to come.’
Oh my gosh, you guys, she posted another picture and it was just… everything! She was totally letting us know she’s thriving on her own, which is amazing! And get this – she joked about killing a spider all by herself! Like, she literally said she ‘can do anything’ now! It’s so empowering and honestly, I’m living for this independent Kate era. A spider? Please! She’s a queen!
Kate and Jeff had been together for ten years when they married in September 2018. They briefly separated in 2022 but later got back together.
Jeff, age 46, announced their split publicly in November. He stated that they had both tried their best, but ultimately decided they were unable to stay together.
Jeff shared an old family photo and mentioned the challenging year he’d had, marked by a strained relationship with his 21-year-old son, Freddy.
He expressed deep love and gratitude for Kate, reflecting on everything they accomplished together, how much they’ve both grown, and the challenges they overcame.
We split up over the summer and tried to keep it quiet for a while so we could both get used to the change.
Okay, so even though they officially broke up, Jeff still talks about Kate like she’s amazing! He said she’s this incredibly successful woman, but also someone who was just so giving and caring – seriously, unconditionally! And he actually said he’s proud of everything they accomplished together. It’s just…ugh, they were perfect! I can’t believe they’re not together anymore, but at least he still sees how incredible she is.
He went on to say that for twelve years, they’ve been a source of comfort and unwavering support for each other, especially during challenging and complicated times in their lives.

Now that the new year has begun, Katie is concentrating on a positive change in her life. She’s using fitness as a way to move past a difficult time and start fresh.
