Kate Beckinsale shows her love for British things as she wears EastEnders icon Pat Butcher on her bottom while decorating her Christmas tree
As a dedicated follower of Hollywood’s glamorous lifestyle and a lover of all things British, I find Kate Beckinsale‘s latest Christmas tree decorating video to be nothing short of delightful. The actress’s playful homage to EastEnders legend Pat Butcher is not only charming but also a testament to her deep appreciation for the rich tapestry of British culture.
In a recent Instagram post on Monday, Kate Beckinsale donned a striking leather mini-skirt reminiscent of EastEnders’ iconic character Pat Butcher, while decking out her luxurious Christmas tree for the holiday season.
In her form-fitting black dress, the actress displayed her affection for all things British, featuring an image of Pat (played by Pam St Clement) and the phrase “Pat on the Back” emblazoned on the lower part of it.
Kate paired her matching sweater with a skirt, donned black tights, and opted for some sturdy boots for the holiday video shoot.
In her home, the actress from Underworld adorned her massive pink Christmas tree with ornaments, as her cherished pink-hued cat perched on a step stool nearby.
Kate wrote: ‘Santa’s little helper is quite opinionated this year’.
Pat Butcher debuted on the BBC soap opera in June of 1986, approximately a year following its initial airing. Regrettably, she was written out of the show in January 2012, soon after receiving a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
Pat was one of the longest serving characters on the show, appearing for 25 years and six months.
Later that month, Kate showcased a particularly stylish and leg-revealing look in a white fur coat, while she snapped pictures with her feline and canine companions for Instagram.
As an ardent admirer, I couldn’t help but be captivated by the radiant beauty of the actress, lounging elegantly on her couch, swathed in a grandiose pink fur coat. Her pet feline, a striking shade of pink, curled comfortably between her legs, completing this enchanting scene.
Kate displayed her remarkable agility by lifting a leg high up and beaming her captivating grin.
Tying up her lengthy golden locks into a tidy ponytail, the celebrity adorned multiple diamond necklaces and rings for the photoshoot session.
As a devoted fashion enthusiast, I opted for a striking pair of oversized black sunglasses and donned a lofty, shimmering silver metallic platform heels for the occasion.
This past year, I couldn’t resist the urge to draft my cherished furbabies, my cat and dog, into another round of my social media snapshots. However, my feline friend didn’t stay cooperative for too long.
During a relaxing getaway in Mexico, the celebrity stunned everyone with her stunning appearance in a chic, all-black two-piece outfit. She confidently showcased her well-defined abs and toned legs for all to admire.
Following a few snaps, Willow let out an unhappy growl and scampered away from the spot. Kate labeled the post as: ‘Troublesome one.’
In a video shared in her post, Kate warned the cat when it growled at her: ‘Don’t be a d**k!’
However, a different picture showed that Kate’s photoshoot didn’t conclude smoothly as she had suffered an injury.
The actress shared with her million fans a scrap of skin that appeared scratched from a cat’s claws, which seemed to be bleeding.
The Underworld star was then asked in the comments section of her post why Willow had attacked her.
The fan asked: ‘Why Willow attacked you?’ (sic)
She replied: ‘hates myf’, revealing a supposed rivalry between her Persian and her Pomeranian.
Last year, Kate got a touching tattoo tribute of her beloved cat Clive following his passing.
Kate showed off the incredible fine line artwork by LA-based tattooist, Dr Woo.
Clive’s adorable face could be seen on her forearm, surrounded by an intricate star design.
Alongside the photos, Kate wrote: ‘This has really helped. Thank you so much, @_dr_woo_’
