Karren Brady showed off her natural skin and noticeably slimmer figure while attending the launch of The Celebrity Apprentice Christmas specials in London on Wednesday, wearing a chic grey dress.
The 56-year-old British executive looked self-assured and stylish in a chic Self-Portrait dress. The dress featured defined shoulder pads, a delicate white flower pin, and a flattering, fitted shape.
Karren arrived at the glamorous event wearing nude heels, which made her appear taller, and confidently posed for the photographers.
She finished her outfit with elegant silver diamond earrings, a gold necklace, and a gold watch.
AJ Odudu, Sarah Hadland, Charlie Hedges, Jake Wood, Matt Morsia, Tom Skinner, Angela Scanlon, JB Gill, and Kadeena Cox were also present.
AJ, the host of Big Brother, showed off her toned stomach while wearing a bright orange crop top and grey dress pants.
54-year-old actress Sarah celebrated the season in a glittering black mini dress, completing her outfit with strappy black heels.
Disc Jockey Charlie, 39, looked elegant in a black dress featuring a satin floor-length skirt.
Actor Jake, known for his role on EastEnders, dressed down in a relaxed outfit featuring a denim jacket and jeans.
39-year-old Matt, known as the Gladiator, looked stylish in a rose-colored velvet blazer paired with a black T-shirt and well-fitting trousers.
Thirty-four-year-old TV star Tom stayed cozy in a black puffer vest over a green zip-up sweater and grey cargo pants.
TV host Angela, 41, looked fantastic in a stylish black-and-white polka-dot dress while posing for photos with Santa and the Children In Need bear.
Former JLS singer JB, age 38, looked stylish in a grey and black outfit and smiled for the photographers.
34-year-old Paralympian Kadeena made a striking impression in a sleek, black jumpsuit with a low-cut neckline.
Last year, Karren Brady, who advises Lord Sugar on the BBC show The Apprentice, revealed she had lost weight in an interview with the Mail on Sunday. She showed off her figure at the Chain of Hope Gala, which took place at London’s Natural History Museum.
She maintains her slim physique isn’t due to weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, but rather to a lot of dedication and effort.
The businesswoman isn’t sure exactly how much weight she’s lost, saying she doesn’t track it, but believes it’s over a stone. She explained that becoming a grandmother recently led to the weight loss.
I recently decided to focus on my health, especially after becoming a grandmother. I wanted to be an active and healthy grandma, so I began eating well and exercising regularly.
I haven’t signed up for the Ozempic Club – it seems like a lot of effort. Losing weight is one thing, but maintaining the loss is the real challenge.
I’ve lost some weight, although I’m not sure exactly how much since I don’t track it. I feel healthier as a result, and it’s nice that my clothes fit better now.
When she first appeared on The Apprentice in 2010, she told Radio Times she was concerned about how she looked, saying, ‘I worry I come across as both posh and overweight.’ She explained she’d struggled with her weight for two decades and felt particularly self-conscious next to the fit and slim Alan Sugar, feeling she appeared much larger in comparison.
Oh my gosh, you won’t BELIEVE this! Karren Brady, she’s like, a total powerhouse at West Ham, told me Lord Sugar’s actually been getting into health! Like, they’ve become workout buddies or something? It’s just… amazing. I can’t even picture it, but apparently, it’s true! I’m living for this unexpected friendship!
He’s really in great shape. My husband and he enjoy cycling together when we’re on vacation, and he’s so fit that I actually get advice from him!
I was so lucky to travel around Italy on Lord Sugar’s boat – it was absolutely incredible! He’s a genuinely lovely man, and his family is wonderful too. It was a trip I’ll never forget.
In April, Karren’s daughter, Sophia Peschisolido, revealed she was pregnant with her second child.
The former Apprentice contestant is now a grandmother for the second time, following the birth of Sophia’s son last year. Sophia and her fiancé, Frankie Makin, are the parents.
Sophia announced she’s expecting on Instagram with a heartwarming video. The clip shows her and Frankie enjoying time on a Dubai beach, and clearly shows off her baby bump.
She captioned the post: ‘coming soon… baby #2.’
Karren spoke about being a grandmother on The Apprentice You’re Hired earlier this year.
She said: ‘He is the most beautiful little boy in the world, and my daughter is a natural mother.
Mom and the baby are both doing wonderfully, and I’m incredibly proud of her, her family, and her husband. Everyone is healthy and doing great!
