Karren Brady shared a stylish photo on Instagram Tuesday to celebrate Lord Sugar’s 79th birthday. This came shortly after she showed off her natural skin on the recent season of The Apprentice.

The 56-year-old businesswoman smiled brightly for the cameras with her well-dressed colleague while filming in the iconic boardroom of the popular BBC show, and shared a heartfelt message.

Honestly, it feels like yesterday I first saw him on The Apprentice! Sixteen years of watching him work, those boardroom showdowns were everything, and I always felt like I was learning just by watching. It wasn’t just about business, though – you could see a real friendship forming with the contestants. I’m seriously hoping this is just the beginning, and we get to see so much more of his amazing mind at work for years to come!

This birthday message follows Karren’s recent appearance on last Thursday’s show, where she again presented her natural skin, while the candidates had a chance to prove themselves.

The candidates struggled with their first challenge in Hong Kong, so Lord Sugar gave the remaining ten a new task: to find nine specific items on the Isle of Wight.

Baroness Brady and Tim Campbell returned to oversee the teams, and Karren Brady looked quite different from her usual polished online presence.

The businesswoman has been displaying her weight loss in the current series of the BBC show.

Staying true to the show’s seaside theme, Baroness Brady wore a fashionable navy blue jacket and flared trousers. Later, during the challenge on the Isle of Wight, she changed into a pink jumper paired with a cream boucle jacket.

Karren recently shared how she gets such perfect photos on Instagram: she has professional hair and makeup artists who help her look and feel amazing.

Mikey, a well-known makeup artist who works with celebrities, has done makeup for stars like Rebekah Vardy, Alison Hammond, and Olivia Attwood.

Karren recently spoke out about rumors concerning her weight loss, clarifying that she didn’t use any weight loss injections.

She explained that she got in shape simply by eating a healthy diet and exercising regularly, rather than through any quick fixes or procedures.

Honestly, it kills me when people ask her about her weight loss! She’s so right – it’s totally about trying to tear her down, to make her question herself. It’s not about genuine curiosity, it’s just mean! She deserves to just be, without everyone picking apart her body and making her feel bad. It’s infuriating, seriously!

She stated she doesn’t use Ozempic, but she frequently faces unwanted questions about her weight. She wishes people would focus on her professional accomplishments instead.

Karren continued, explaining that everyone has the right to make their own choices about their body, and she fully supports that. However, she feels people often act as if they have all the answers or make assumptions without knowing the full story.

Whether or not I chose to do something with my body is my decision. I believe the way people discuss women’s bodies often aims to make them feel small or insecure.

Honestly, I’ve dealt with comments about my body my entire life – people have told me I’m too big, too small, and everything imaginable. It’s exhausting. More than anything, I just want to feel truly strong, both in my body and in my mind. That’s what I’m striving for.

She used to lose up to five kilograms before each season of The Apprentice, wanting to appear her usual size and avoid looking bigger than Alan Sugar, who she noted is very fit and healthy.

People have commented before that Karren looks drastically different in her Instagram photos, and some have even suggested she edits them.

People commented that while Karen looked great, it didn’t translate well on camera. They also joked about the impressive use of artificial intelligence in her appearance, and pointed out she seemed to be using a lot of filters, questioning if the image even resembled her real self.

Last week on the show, the contestants who struggled with the initial challenge got a second chance to prove themselves.

As you may recall from the first episode, the teams were sent to Hong Kong and asked to participate in a traditional scavenger hunt.

Oh my gosh, you will NOT believe how badly they messed up! They had this task – find a specific number of things within a time limit – and both teams completely flopped. It was a disaster! Lord Sugar even said they cut out a HUGE argument from the show because the teams were SO awful. I wish I could have seen it! Apparently, it was a ‘heated exchange’ after their ‘shocking’ performance. Seriously, shocking!

So Lord Sugar decided to let the teams have a second go at it in the Isle of Wight.

Kieran McCartney’s team didn’t succeed in the task, resulting in Harry Clough being the eleventh contestant eliminated from the competition.
