Karren Brady shared some stylish photos from behind the scenes of this week’s episode of The Apprentice with her fans.

The 56-year-old businesswoman has been showing off her weight loss on the current season of a BBC show, and she continued to share glamorous photos on Instagram on Thursday.

Karren looked chic in a coordinated pale yellow outfit by Benaar LA, and posed for photos with her hair styled in big, bouncy curls.

While sitting next to Lord Alan Sugar in the boardroom, the celebrity couldn’t disguise her feelings about the contestants and made a noticeable facial expression.

In the latest challenge on The Apprentice, the candidates had to develop a virtual reality game demo and create a brand to attract investors. Unfortunately for Rajan Gill, he was the one who received the dreaded news from Lord Sugar and was eliminated from the competition.

Karren explained to her followers that the project was flawed from the start. The project manager didn’t provide clear direction, the story wasn’t compelling, the branding felt too formal for a game, and the chosen animal seemed out of place. Ultimately, the idea wasn’t focused enough, and investors weren’t impressed with the pitch.

The meeting quickly revealed disagreements among the applicants, and ultimately, one person lost their job.

She explained that she got in shape through diet and exercise, not through any quick fixes or shortcuts.

I was really upset to read that she feels like people asking about her weight loss is actually a way to try and bring her down or make her feel bad about herself. It’s awful that she feels like her journey is being turned into something negative when she’s clearly worked hard.

She stated she doesn’t use Ozempic, but she frequently faces unwanted questions about her weight. She wishes people would focus on her professional accomplishments instead.

Karren continued, explaining that everyone has the right to make their own choices about their body, and she fully supports that. However, she feels people often act as if they have more knowledge than they do, or simply make assumptions.

Whether or not I chose to do something with my body is my decision. I believe the way people discuss women’s bodies often aims to make them feel small or insecure.

Honestly, I’ve spent my whole life dealing with comments about my body – people have told me I’m too big, too small, and everything in between. It’s exhausting. More than anything, I just want to feel truly strong, both in my body and in my mind. That’s what I’m really striving for.

She used to lose up to five kilograms before each series of The Apprentice, wanting to appear her usual size and avoid looking bigger than Alan Sugar, who she noted is very fit and healthy.
