Karren Brady continues to showcase her impressive weight loss, posting behind-the-scenes photos from her time on Celebrity Apprentice.

The 56-year-old businesswoman and member of the House of Lords, Baroness [Name – if known, otherwise omit], recently appeared in a special television program over the holidays.

Oh my gosh, she posted! I was scrolling through Instagram and nearly died when I saw her! She shared some behind-the-scenes pics from the set of that BBC show, and honestly, her waist is unbelievably tiny! I can’t stop staring at the photos – she looks amazing!

As a style enthusiast, I have to say, this mom’s outfit was really chic! She paired a black, cropped jacket with long sleeves – and the fitted waist gave it this amazing, high-fashion vibe. It was a simple piece, but the tailoring really elevated the whole look.

She paired it with a pair of high-waisted and slim-cut black trousers to complete her formal look. 

In a separate photo, Karren was pictured with businessman Mike Soutar, a familiar face as an interviewer on The Apprentice.

Karren posted some photos of herself dealing with the snow while watching the celebrities complete their challenge in Lapland.

She captioned the snaps: ‘Gingerbread baked. Pressure spiked. One celebrity cracked.

The atmosphere was incredibly tense in the boardroom last night. The competition was really tough, and both teams showcased impressive gingerbread creations.

It was a real pleasure filming the celebrity episodes for BBC Children in Need. I’m so grateful to all the celebrities who participated and worked hard to raise money for this wonderful charity.

‘She looks gorgeous but totally different would never have recognised her.’ 

Last year Karren opened up about her weight loss, admitting she had lost ‘quite a bit’. 

She firmly denied using weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, explaining that her slim figure is due to dedication and effort.

The businesswoman wasn’t sure exactly how much weight she’d lost, saying she doesn’t regularly weigh herself, but estimated it was over a stone. She explained that becoming a grandmother recently led to her weight loss.

Karren recently decided to focus on her health. Becoming a grandmother motivated her to get fit and healthy, so she began eating well and exercising regularly.

I haven’t joined the Ozempic Club – it seems like a lot of effort. Losing weight is one thing, but keeping it off is the real challenge.

I’ve lost some weight, though I’m not sure exactly how much since I don’t track it. I feel healthier as a result, and it’s nice that my clothes fit better now.

I remember reading an interview with her back when she first started on The Apprentice in 2010, and it was so honest. She actually confessed she was worried about appearing ‘posh and fat’! She’d been struggling with her weight for two decades, and she said seeing how fit and slim Alan Sugar was just made her feel even bigger in comparison. It was surprisingly vulnerable, and really showed a different side to her.

Karren spoke about being a grandmother on The Apprentice You’re Hired earlier this year.

She said: ‘He is the most beautiful little boy in the world, and my daughter is a natural mother.

Mom and baby are both doing wonderfully, and I’m incredibly proud of her, her family, and her husband. Everyone is healthy and doing great!
