Kanye West’s ex-assistant details alleged sexual assault, stalking as she ramps up legal fight
Yes, the controversial rap artist, previously known as Kanye West, is once again under scrutiny due to recent accusations made by a former assistant. These allegations include charges of sex trafficking, sexual misconduct such as harassment, stalking, and sexual assault.
A year following her initial lawsuit against Kanye West (the Grammy-winning artist behind “All of the Lights”), Lauren Pisciotta, a former employee of Yeezy, has further escalated legal action. On Tuesday in Los Angeles, an updated complaint was filed. In this amended complaint, Pisciotta alleges that West compelled her to perform oral sex, sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions during her employment with Yeezy, and engaged in sexual activity with other employees at his offices. Additionally, she accuses him of stalking her after the initial lawsuit was filed.
On Thursday, legal representatives for Ye and his Yeezy brands declined to provide a comment to The Times when approached for one.

Almost a week following his former assistant’s lawsuit accusing him of coercion, intimidation, and sexual misconduct involving minors, Fat Joe denounces what he terms as ‘revolting falsehoods’.
In a newly published 37-page document, Pisciotta’s accusations – previously made in her June 2024 lawsuit – are reinforced. Moreover, this updated complaint provides additional details about alleged sexual assault incidents that supposedly took place at a San Francisco hotel not long after Ye (Kanye West) employed Pisciotta for the development of his album “Donda” in 2021.
For approximately two years, Ms. Pisciotta devoted her time and efforts to Mr. West, believing he would offer her significant chances in the music and fashion sectors, even surpassing her past accomplishments. However, as stated in the lawsuit, despite her steadfast commitment to her role, Mr. West persistently harassed her sexually at every possible moment.
In San Francisco, Pisciotta claims that during their professional relationship with Ye, he aggressively kissed her lips, inappropriately touched her private areas with one hand while masturbating with the other, displayed himself and compelled her to take him into her mouth, as stated in court papers.
In October of 2023, according to court documents, the rapper (aged 48) is said to have sexually assaulted Pisciotta on a flight from Los Angeles to Paris. The incident occurred when he asked Pisciotta to visit his private room on the plane and insisted she give him a hug. However, she declined, and he allegedly demanded they talk, locking her in the room instead. In the confined space, it is claimed that he retreated to his bed and began to masturbate. Pisciotta asserted she was compelled to stay in the room until someone from outside opened the door.
The complaint further depicts a troubling portrait of Yeezy’s internal operations and work environment, suggesting that Kanye West (Ye) has verbally harassed Pisciotta, frequently employed derogatory, antisemitic comments, and demanded his assistants and colleagues sketch swastikas within the workplace. Earlier this year, controversy arose around Ye when he advertised a Super Bowl TV spot for a website selling T-shirts adorned with hate symbols.
Furthermore, “Ye openly engaged in intimate acts with women at the Yeezy workplace,” the complaint stated, mentioning that one of these women was his current spouse, Bianca Censori. Pisciotta’s complaint also echoed earlier accusations, claiming that Ye persistently communicated about his sexual desires involving her, sending explicit videos, images, and memes related to such themes.
In more recent times, an individual known for sharing hateful content, including antisemitic remarks, on their social media platforms, made explicit and unwelcome comments about unprofessional conduct in a series of posts on X earlier this year. These posts were part of the complaint that was filed.
“Life is about using your position to f— the baddest b— possible,” he said in one post.

Actor involved in ‘The Oval’ series is suing Tyler Perry, with the latter’s legal team asserting that the accusations have been invented or fabricated.
Other posts previously deleted by Ye (formerly known as Kanye West) contained comments such as “I’m a participant in the #MeToo movement” and “I’m a major sexual predator.” The complaint also mentions instances of misogynistic language, homophobic slurs, and statements suggesting a distinction between “me too rapes” (implying unconsented sexual encounters within the context of the #MeToo movement) and “real rape” (implying non-consensual sexual encounters outside this context).
As a passionate movie-goer reminiscing about an unsettling event, I’d like to share my experience related to Kanye West, especially during his Yeezy era. Although the primary focus of my story pertains to allegations surrounding his time at Pisciotta, he confided in me that he physically assaulted someone – myself – in 2015, during a recording session in Santa Monica’s studio.
According to Pisciotta’s assertion, West didn’t stop his troubling actions following her dismissal from Yeezy. She maintains that he forcibly grabbed her by the neck and stuck his tongue in her ear during an encounter at a concert in November 2022. Furthermore, she alleges that he later moved into the same apartment complex as hers, causing her to relocate to another state.
Following the relocation to Florida, Pisciotta alleges that Ye orchestrated a false emergency call (swatting) at her residence shortly after she filed her first lawsuit. Swatting involves making a fake 911 call with the intention of triggering an extensive police response. According to Pisciotta, law enforcement officials visited her home in response to reports of child abuse and murder. Additionally, she mentioned that she had been subjected to an unexpected influx of service workers such as plumbers and food delivery personnel knocking on her door without prior notice.

According to a recent lawsuit, Kanye West (also known as ‘Ye’) allegedly shared inappropriate text messages, images, and videos with his ex-assistant. Additionally, it claims that he promised her a $4-million salary but did not fulfill this commitment.
She also claims that she’s been receiving warnings from individuals, urging her to halt any future legal proceedings against Ye.
In addition to the lawsuit, Pisciotta has brought forth accusations including assault, battery, wrongful confinement, severe emotional distress, among others. The requested compensation is yet to be defined, and she is seeking a trial by jury.
