Kanye West announces his first UK shows in 11 years as the rapper is set to headline THREE nights at Wireless Festival – two months after revealing devastating health battle and apologising for antisemitic rants

Kanye West is coming back to the UK to perform live after 11 years! He’ll be the main act for all three nights of the Wireless Festival.

The 48-year-old musician, known for causing controversy, will perform in London’s Finsbury Park in July. He’s hoping the concert will help repair his public image after years of problematic behavior, including making antisemitic remarks.

Earlier this year, Kanye West wrote a full-page ad in the Wall Street Journal explaining how his bipolar disorder sometimes makes him feel disconnected from reality.

Considering Kanye West’s recent difficulties, people are questioning if he’ll be able to perform as scheduled. His last UK show was headlining the Glastonbury Festival back in 2015.

Just days after numerous delays – reportedly eight – Kanye West finally released his new studio album, Bully.

Kanye West delayed the release of his ninth album by two months, explaining that he intended to complete it while in Africa.

Despite several attempts to revive the project, it was ultimately cancelled. Kanye West then decided to focus on and release his album, Jesus Is King, instead.

Kanye West has publicly apologized for his antisemitic comments, explaining they were related to health issues stemming from a car accident he was in back in 2002.

According to a statement in the January 26th Wall Street Journal, he claims he suffered a brain injury in the accident that wasn’t immediately recognized. He believes this lack of proper medical attention later led to his diagnosis of bipolar disorder.

Kanye explained that his mental health struggles made him feel disconnected from who he really was, and led him to be fixated on what he considered a deeply harmful symbol: the swastika.

The ad, created and paid for by Yeezy (also known as Kanye West), was titled ‘To Those I Hurt.’ In it, West explained that after reaching a low point several months ago, his wife, Bianca Censori, encouraged him to get help, which he then did.

The situation started in 2022 when he posted a tweet threatening ‘death con 3 on Jewish people.’ This resulted in the immediate termination of his contracts with several major companies, including CAA, MRC, Adidas, Gap, and Balenciaga.

The designer of the Yeezy brand has a history of making antisemitic statements and expressing admiration for Adolf Hitler and Nazi Germany, and has publicly displayed hateful symbols like swastikas and worn offensive clothing like ‘White Lives Matter’ shirts.

In a strange Instagram post from 2023, he stated that watching Jonah Hill in the 2012 comedy 21 Jump Street led him to ‘like Jewish people again’.

The artist cautioned against letting anger at a few people turn into hatred for entire groups of innocent people.

Kanye West revealed he chose the album title ‘Bully’ after finding out his son, Saint, reportedly kicked another child because he considered them ‘weak’.

You know, as a parent, you never know what’s going to happen. I was chatting with Justin Laboy on The Download, and I shared a story about my son – he was playing with another little boy, and things escalated when my son actually kicked him. It’s those moments that really make you think, you know?

West explained that he asked his son why he did something, and the boy responded by saying the other person was ‘weak.’ West shares his son, Saint, with his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian.

‘And I was like, “This man is really a bully right here,”‘ Kanye added with a laugh.

‘Saint, you’re the reason for bully!’ LaBoy said.

‘Don’t Saint do that? Just kick everybody and like push him over,’ Kanye added.

LaBoy cracked Saint inherited that trait from ‘young Ye.’

DailyMail.com has contacted representatives for Kardashian for comment.

Fans loved the star’s hit song ‘Beauty and the Beast’ last year, and it’s now included on the album.

I was so excited when he dropped a little sneak peek of the new song! The lyrics are really intriguing – he sings about how long this has been in the works with lines like ‘It’s been a long time coming,’ and it seems like he’s been constantly working on it, even trying to distance himself a bit so he can keep his fans engaged. It’s got me completely hooked!

I’m telling you, every time he drops something new, it’s absolutely incredible – he even posted this one twice because it’s that good! Seriously, he could stop making music right now and still be remembered as one of the greatest artists ever, but he keeps delivering hit after hit just because he loves it. It reminds me of Kanye, always pushing boundaries and creating masterpieces.

This happened shortly after Tony Saxon went into the Los Angeles Superior Court, and his wife, Bianca, arrived to give her testimony.

Reports show Kanye West and his team are celebrating after a contractor who sued him was awarded only $140,000 by a jury – much less than the $1.7 million they originally asked for.

Okay, so I’ve been following this closely, and apparently, Milo said that Saxon only got a tiny bit of the money he really wanted. Like, his lawyers asked for almost $1.7 million, but he only ended up with $140,000! It’s just… shocking. I mean, he deserved so much more, and it’s infuriating to see him so undervalued. I’m just saying, the system is rigged!

Yiannopoulos reported that the jury largely dismissed the claims made by Saxon during the trial, which included testimony from both Kanye West and Bianca Censori.

The jury determined Saxon met the definition of an employee in some ways, but they didn’t award any money for lost pay, extra hours worked, late payment penalties, wrongful termination, or any other legal fines.

The jury only awarded $140,000 to cover Saxon’s injuries sustained while working on the property.

Neama Rahmani, a lawyer with West Coast Trial Lawyers, said his client, Saxon, felt a sense of relief and that he had been proven right as the case ended, according to the Daily Mail.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve been following the legal developments, and here’s the breakdown of the recent ruling regarding Kanye. The court awarded $100,000 to cover Saxon’s medical bills – both what’s been incurred and what he’ll likely need in the future. On top of that, an additional $40,000 was granted for the pain and suffering he experienced. It’s important to understand these details as they reflect the seriousness of the situation.

Legal documents show Saxon wasn’t awarded any money for future pain and suffering, nor were any punitive damages granted in the case.

Legal documents show the jury decided Kanye didn’t act with bad intentions, unfairly, or deceptively when he fired Saxon from the construction project, meaning the firing wasn’t considered wrongful termination.

According to a juror, reaching the $140,000 award required a lot of debate. Some jurors initially favored a higher amount. While they believed the plaintiff, Saxon, had been hurt, they also had to weigh other, less clear-cut factors in the case.

Rahmani acknowledged the ruling was a mix of wins and losses. While they didn’t win everything, he was pleased the jury agreed their core arguments had merit – specifically, that Saxon was an employee who was injured while working. The jury awarded him compensation to cover his medical bills, which, according to Rahmani, demonstrates the validity of their case.

Rahmani told the Daily Mail that this was the first time the rapper, Ye, had ever given testimony in court. She also stated that her firm was the first to take a case against Ye all the way to trial.
