Kanye Sues Dentist: Claims Laughing Gas Fueled Outburst, Bianca Threatens Divorce

Kanye West intends to file a lawsuit against his former dentist as a last resort, hoping to convince his wife Bianca Censori that his offensive remarks earlier in the year were due to the influence of the nitrous oxide he was given.

47-year-old rapper under fire unleashed an appalling outburst on X on February 7, expressing affection for Adolf Hitler, promoting the sale of Swastika t-shirts on his Yeezy brand’s website (which was subsequently halted), and announcing a fashion partnership with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs. He also hurled a derogatory slur against the LGBTQ+ community, using a homophobic term, and raised concerns about Censori after declaring to have control over her, invoking the concept of ‘dominion’.

Over a span of three days, a harsh and offensive outburst caused deep emotional distress to the 30-year-old architectural designer, leading her to seriously contemplate initiating divorce proceedings.

Currently, a confidant near the struggling rapper, who has openly acknowledged past abuse of nitrous oxide, asserts that his recent online outburst was a recurrence of his issues, and that Kanye West’s legal action against his dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelly, represents a desperate move to salvage his marriage.

2024 to early this year, I, a devoted patient, found myself under the care of Dr. Connelly. However, my loyalty has been shattered by an unthinkable accusation: medical malpractice. The dentist, in my belief, recklessly administered nitrous oxide, putting my health at risk. In a heartfelt letter, I’ve voiced my concerns about his actions, stating that Dr. Connelly’s practices were not only inappropriate but also dangerously straying from any acceptable medical purpose or standard of care.

The announcement states that West, following cosmetic treatments such as a personalized titanium crown, allegedly suffered both neurological injuries and physical harm from extended exposure to nitrous oxide. Additionally, it claims he endured severe psychological trauma and emotional turmoil.

Reports indicate that Dr. Connelly provided nitrous oxide, commonly known as “laughing gas,” for purposes not associated with typical dental procedures and in greater quantities than usual.

The notice additionally asserts that Dr. Connelly provided substantial tanks for surgeries, allegedly to West’s residence, which they believe facilitated and promoted his continued usage in non-medical environments.

By May 2024, it was uncovered that his actions were inappropriate, and he was advised to stop this behavior, yet according to the correspondence, he allegedly failed to comply.

West further included his spouse in the planned lawsuit, claiming in the notification that his actions led to her being ‘denied the companionship, emotional support, household services, and marital bond shared with her husband.’

The representative of the dentist stated to TMZ previously that the statements made by Yiannopoulos were not just inaccurate but deliberately deceptive. They emphasized that Dr. Connelly strictly adheres to both legal and moral guidelines.

The NY Post was the first to report on West’s addiction to nitrous oxide back in August.

According to a source, Nitrous is experiencing problems with his dentist regarding some medication, which apparently results in him having a meltdown. When the effects of the nitrous wear off, he becomes erratic and desires unrestricted freedom.

He seems to express thoughts that appear to be spontaneous, almost as if they’re being fed to him. This could be likened to an unusual cultural manifestation of Tourette’s syndrome, where his life feels like a continuous, interactive game.

After the event occurred, West has persistently expressed hostility, particularly targeting his former wife Kim Kardashian. He alleges that she hinders his access to their four children, and expresses remorse for having fathered them with her.

He also verbally attacked Taylor Swift and posted vile tweets about Beyonce and Jay-Z’s children. 

Last month, he donned a Klansman-like attire and sported a swastika pendant during an interview, while recently, he performed lyrics containing hate speech against Jews during the premiere of his latest music on a live broadcast.
