As a longtime fan of both Selena Gomez and Kaia Gerber, I must say it’s truly remarkable to witness these young talents thrive in their respective careers. Selena, with her versatile acting skills, continues to captivate audiences worldwide, while Kaia, the daughter of the iconic Cindy Crawford, is carving out her own path in Hollywood.

At the dazzling 2024 Academy Museum Gala held in Los Angeles on a Saturday, Kaia Gerber showcased her sophisticated elegance.

At a recent event, the supermodel, aged 23 and currently featured in Apple TV+’s Palm Royale’s second season with a prosthetic baby bump, walked the red carpet alongside celebrities like Kim Kardashian and Ariana Grande.

I was absolutely smitten! Stepping out in a timeless, Alexander McQueen masterpiece from the Fall ’97 Haute Couture line for Givenchy, I couldn’t help but feel like a beacon of style, as seen through Vogue’s discerning lens.

The dress tightly fitted her slender physique, adorned with sparkling beads intricately sewn into the fabric.

Extra decorative elements such as tassels and beads were noticeable on the neckline and short sleeves of this outfit, enhancing its overall look.

In my perspective, a sleek, elongated black locomotive unfurled its path amidst a breathtaking backdrop, adding a captivating contrast to the gothic ambiance. This grand spectacle was adorned with shimmering accents that caught my eye.

Kaia had her dark hair styled in a half-up style, with the middle section parted and secured, leaving the rest of it to cascade gently as loose, wavy curls.

She adorned the dress with a delicate silver choker, along with earrings that dangled elegantly, and a silver ring on her right hand.

Gerber’s makeup had an elegant evening touch, featuring a coat of mascara on her lashes and a delicate, smoky hue accentuating her eye area.

A rosy glow enhanced the prominence of her cheekbones, and a subtle, satiny nude shade adorned her lips as the final detail.

At the gala, Kaia seemed to embody the elegance of Audrey Hepburn from My Fair Lady, as she gracefully walked the red carpet among other famous personalities.

During her interview with Vogue, Cindy Crawford’s daughter expressed that the Academy Gala provides an ideal setting to honor the style of Old Hollywood.

I’ve long found inspiration in Audrey Hepburn, and I admire how Lee McQueen reimagined her iconic “My Fair Lady” dress in a more mysterious, gothic style.

Last year’s prestigious event, the 4th annual gala, took place at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA. It recognized and celebrated the achievements of Paul Mescal, Quentin Tarantino, and Rita Moreno.

Notable attendees at the event on that memorable evening were Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Ariana Grande, and Selena Gomez as well.

Currently dating Austin Butler, Gerber remains occupied during the shooting of the second season of the Apple TV+ show titled Palm Royale.

Back in June of this year, it was announced that the series would continue for a second season. This upcoming season will feature an impressive lineup of stars including Kristin Wiig, Laura Dern, Carol Burnett, Allison Janney, and Josh Lucas.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Matt Cherniss, Apple TV+’s head of programming, stated that “Palm Royale” has captivated viewers worldwide.

Additionally, it brings us great joy that viewers can spend extended periods with this delightful and iconic group of actors, ranging from Kristen Wiig to the extraordinary Carol Burnett.

We’re eagerly anticipating sharing the next humorous and captivating episode featuring the Palm Beach elite, as skillfully portrayed by Abe Sylvia, Kristen, Laura Dern, and their remarkable production team.

On a Wednesday, actress Kaia, portraying Mitzi, was spotted shooting a scene, sporting a fake pregnancy belly in Pasadena, California.

She was joined by some of her co-stars, including Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb and also Jordan Bridges. 

Kaia returned to the ’60s TV series setting, donning a light-hued, knee-length dress and perching a tiny hat atop her head.

For a finishing touch, the beauty added a pair of flashy earrings and donned a pair of white gloves.  

The stars were seen standing outdoors in front of concrete steps that led to a building nearby. 

At one point, she was seen being placed into the trunk of a vehicle while shooting a scene. 

In her absence from the camera, I donned a cozy black robe and slid into some black sweatpants to maintain an effortless yet comfortable look. (First person perspective)

Additionally, the model was thrilled to mark the debut of her new movie titled “Saturday Night,” which hit the screens on October 11th this month.

This entertaining drama based on real events delves into the backstage happenings that culminated in the airing of the very first episode of Saturday Night Live, which took place in 1975.

Kaia assumed the character of Jacqueline Carlin within the film, alongside other actors who were part of the production such as Gabriel LaBelle, Rachel Sennott, Cory Michael Smith, Ella Hunt, and Dylan O’Brien.
