The 30-year-old former Love Island contestant and social media influencer shared photos of her recent cosmetic procedure on social media.

Kady had her cast taken off while in Dubai, and then surprised her fans with the news.

Kady revealed her new nose in a TikTok video, appearing to have a natural, makeup-free look while in a car.

She captioned the clip: ‘That feeling when you get your nose cast removed.’

Kady has revealed for the first time that she had cosmetic surgery, which surprised many of her fans who thought she already looked flawless.

One fan gushed: ‘This surprised me because you were already perfection girl’;

‘You and Kendall look like complete twins now. You were/are beautiful both before and after’.

Meanwhile, others urged Kady to reveal the identity of the surgeon who carried out her nose job.

One begged: ‘Who was your surgeon please?’; ‘Where did you get your nose done?’

Last year it was reported that Kady had rekindled her romance with her millionaire ex-boyfriend.
