It’s amazing how a single social media post can capture months of built-up frustration. That’s what happened when Jynxzi shared what he described as a major and shocking response on X.
If you’re familiar with the recent happenings in the Clash Royale community, you probably understand the disappointment. Many fans, and now Jynxzi himself, feel that Supercell hasn’t given proper credit to the person who revitalized the game.
Things really hit the fan after Supercell put out a blog post bragging about how much Clash Royale had grown in 2025. It felt like a bit much, honestly, and that’s when everything kicked off.
Jynxzi Slams Supercell for Ignoring His Impact On Clash Royale
Notably, the contributions of Jynxzi and his community to the game’s resurgence weren’t acknowledged. This is a significant omission considering his widespread popularity as a gaming personality, boasting millions of followers on Twitch and YouTube who frequently tune in to watch his Clash Royale streams and videos.
Probably the biggest spit in the face i’ve ever seen
— Jynxzi (@jynxzi) February 10, 2026
Before Jynxzi started streaming Clash Royale, the game had been struggling for a while. Many long-time players had stopped playing, and while a dedicated fanbase remained, the game was losing popularity with the broader community.
When Jynxzi began streaming the game, Clash Royale quickly gained attention, leading to news articles, popular memes, exciting gameplay clips, and a lot of excitement.

Jynxzi helped popularize the game by inviting other big streamers like iShowSpeed and xQc to play. Even MrBeast, one of YouTube’s most popular creators, said he started playing Clash Royale because of Jynxzi.
I only started playing again because of you

Currently, Supercell isn’t publicly recognizing Jynxzi’s role in the game’s recent comeback. It’s unknown why they haven’t given him credit.
Jynxzi has been very vocal about his issues with the game, and recently announced he’s stopping his Clash Royale content. In a video posted on February 7th titled “I’m Quitting Clash Royale,” he explained that new features – specifically Heroes and Card Level 16 – pushed the game too far towards requiring players to spend money to win, and didn’t actually improve the gameplay.
Has Supercell Said Anything About The Situation?
Supercell hasn’t said anything about what’s happening. They usually don’t respond to public discussions unless it directly involves one of their games.
Many players are protesting Supercell’s lack of support for Jynxzi by uninstalling Clash Royale. Popular streamer Sketch is among them, and he’s stated he won’t play the game again until Supercell recognizes Jynxzi’s contributions.
I’m not playing Clash Royale again until Supercell recognizes the huge positive effect Jynxzi has had on the game. It’s frustrating to see them act like a developer made all the improvements when the game has been largely unchanged for years. Jynxzi, you don’t need to be modest! You’ve brought Clash Royale, Rocket League, and Rainbow Six Siege back to life – you’re the only content creator to have done that, and…

It remains to be seen if Supercell will address the negative reaction to their most popular game.
