As an avid fan of Hollywood stars, I cannot help but be utterly enamored by the enduring bromance between Robert Downey Jr. and Justin Theroux. The sight of them together at an Olivia Rodrigo concert in Philadelphia last Friday was a heartwarming reminder of their deep-rooted friendship.
Robert Downey Jr.’s bromance with pal Justin Theroux is still going strong.
On Friday, July 19, in Philadelphia, the Oscar-winning actor, aged 59, and the star of “Beetlejuice” attended an Olivia Rodrigo concert together.
Theroux, aged 52, posted some pictures from their night out with his girlfriend Nicole Brydon Bloom, 29, and her sister Ava who bears a strong resemblance to her.
Downey looked relaxed in a black button down shirt over a peach toned graphic T-shirt.
Oppenheimer’s Star maintained a discreet appearance, donning a black bucket hat and shaded dark glasses.

His dark curls were styled into a sort of faux-hawk and his beard was neatly trimmed.
Nicole Brydon Bloom, famously recognized for her parts in “The Gilded Age” and “We Were The Lucky Ones,” chose an elegant black boat neck blouse with slim straps and a matching gray skirt.
Her sister appeared in a sleek black camisole with straps and jeans. They were spotted together, linked hand in hand, near the actors.
At the Wells Fargo Center, Theroux took a selfie with Downey while they both waited for the Good 4 U artist to perform on stage.
In Philadelphia, the city known for “brotherly love” according to its Greek origin, the Mulholland Drive actress playfully quipped.
The two friends go back a long way.
Theroux collaborated on the scripts for the 2008 movie “Tropic Thunder” and the 2010 hit film “Iron Man 2,” featuring Downey in both productions.
In 2007, Jennifer Aniston was introduced to Theroux by their mutual friend and Marvel star. They tied the knot in 2015, but their marriage ended in 2017 with a divorce.
I had the pleasure of attending the Vanity Fair Oscars Party with Theroux and Bloom for the first time as their companion in 2023. More recently, we journeyed to Mexico City to celebrate the wedding of dear friends Naomi Watts and Billy Crudup.
