Justin Baldoni’s Sister Defends Him Amid Blake Lively’s Shocking Legal Claims!

In an Instagram post over the weekend, Justin Baldoni’s sister Sara Baldoni highlighted his commitment to honesty as she wished him a happy birthday.

In a photo, Sara was spotted at an open-air gathering, warmly hugging her sibling who celebrated his 41st birthday last Friday. Recently, this brother has made headlines due to the controversy surrounding the legal disputes involving him, Blake Lively (aged 37), and her husband Ryan Reynolds (aged 48), stemming from their work together on It Ends with Us.

Sara posted a birthday message for JB, expressing her affection and admiration in this way: ‘I’m thrilled it’s your birthday, JB! You are loved, and I celebrate you – the person you are, the love you embody, your strong bond with God, your true essence, your commitment to truth, service, and love. Today and every day!’ (213 words)

As your devoted admirer, I can’t help but feel an immense sense of pride when I refer to you as my elder sibling. And let me tell you, there might be times when I show my affection a bit too enthusiastically by giving you an overzealous squeeze – a habit that I promise to refine as we journey through the endless tapestry of time together.

Sara, an employee at Summit and proprietor of a cake business situated in Ojai, California, has previously spoken out in favor of her sibling who is currently embroiled in a lawsuit brought on by Lively due to allegations of sexual harassment during the production of a movie that was successful upon its release in August.

Dailymail.com has reached out to Sara for further comment on this story.

Recently, on a popular social networking platform, Sara shared a link to an article from Variety about her brother’s 250 million dollar defamation lawsuit against The New York Times, which was published this month.

Sara stated, “You’ve all seen it – my brother’s unwavering honesty and lifelong commitment to serving others and humanity have been unfairly tarnished by biased misinformation. I am deeply thankful for the affection, encouragement, and prayers from those who acknowledge the truth and understand that the complete story is finally being brought to light.

Afterward, she joyfully ushered in the new year with a sentiment that expressed, ‘Here’s to a year where love overpowers hate, and honesty and truth become more prominent than deceit.’

Over the weekend, Sharon, Baldoni’s mom, expressed her well wishes for his birthday on social media too, sharing a sequence of pictures showcasing him as Rafael in the TV series “Jane The Virgin” from 2014 to 2019.

On Justin’s birthday, I recalled an exceptional moment after the conclusion of ‘Jane The Virgin’. It was a time brimming with joy and love that filled the set. Friendships and familial bonds were forged there, as wellness and honesty resonated throughout the cast and crew. Regrettably, there was sadness too, since it marked the close of an incredible journey – and the start of new chapters in our lives,” she penned down.

Sharon depicted the memory as joyful, warm, and abundant with kindness, brimming with endless opportunities.

She mentioned that ‘Life can have its ups and downs, along with unexpected events. Maintain your moral principles throughout these phases.’

Sharon concluded her post with these words: “Today and forever, justice and truth shall prevail. I love you infinitely, my dear boy on your birthday! May God’s truth continue to grace you.

In Lively’s legal action towards Baldoni, she claimed that he had sexually harassed her in various forms, among which was making derogatory comments about her physical appearance (body shaming).

According to reports from Newsweek and documents reviewed in a civil rights case filed in California in late December, the native of Los Angeles (Baldoni) claimed he had been feigning lower back pain as a disguise to voice his concerns about an issue on set to the film’s crew.

In a detailed 80-page court filing, Lively, who is the mother of four with actor Reynolds, claimed that Baldoni called her fitness coach a “spy” and attempted to spread rumors to present his worries, primarily related to his lower back issue, as being driven by something other than that.

In the romantic drama, it was revealed that Lively, playing Lily Bloom alongside Baldoni as Ryle Kincaid, expressed that Baldoni had voiced his concerns about her trainer to the film’s production team via a string of text messages.

In her grievance submitted to the California Civil Rights Department, Lively did not explicitly mention the name of the fitness instructor, as reported by the media outlet.

Baldoni stated that the personal trainer advised Lively to lose weight for the movie within fewer than four months following the birth of her fourth child, Olin, as mentioned by Lively in her court document.

In the document, Lively stated that she felt deeply embarrassed when she discovered that Baldoni had arranged a meeting with the trainer without consulting or obtaining her consent, implying that he expected her to shed pounds within a fortnight.

Regarding the mention of back pain, Lively stated that Baldoni informed the trainer he was worried about lifting her during a movie scene due to his concern, but there was no such scene written in the script.

In the lawsuit, Lively asserted that Baldoni was dishonest across several aspects concerning her body image, expressing that she frequently felt embarrassed about her shape.

On one occasion, it was stated that he disguised a referral to a weight loss specialist as advice from a probiotics expert, which he gave her after she contracted strep throat. This information was found in a report by E! News following their examination of the complaint.

In the complaint, Lively’s lawyers stated that Baldoni frequently belittled her (Lively) by secretly criticizing her appearance and weight.

Baldoni and his chosen colleagues collaborated on orchestrating a harmful public smear campaign aimed at tarnishing her reputation, Lively alleged in the lawsuit.

First, she lodged a complaint with the California Civil Rights Department on December 21st. Later, on December 31st, she initiated a federal lawsuit against him.

Yesterday, I boldly stepped forward and lodged a complaint. I fervently express my hope that this legal action will serve as a beacon, illuminating the hidden manipulative strategies used to retaliate against those who bravely expose misconduct. My heartfelt wish is that it also fortifies others who may find themselves in similar situations.

Baldoni has refuted every accusation made against him in Lively’s court document, and he has filed a lawsuit against the newspaper for $250 million due to alleged defamation.

This month, he initiated a lawsuit for $400 million, accusing Lively, Reynolds, and their publicist Leslie Sloane of fabricating ‘alleged incidents of sexual harassment’ against him.

After the filing of the complaint, Baldoni has encountered several career repercussions such as a legal action brought forth by a previous publicist, in addition to being removed from representation by the agency that also handles Lively and Reynolds (WME).

The movie titled “It Ends with Us,” featuring actors like Jenny Slate, Hasan Minhaj, Brandon Sklenar, and Kevin McKidd, made its way to cinemas on August 9th. This film turned out to be a favorite among viewers.

The movie, based on the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover, grossed approximately $148 million within the U.S., and a total of $350 million worldwide, as reported by Box Office Mojo.
