Following the successful crossover between DC and Sonic the Hedgehog in 2025, the two universes will team up again in a brand-new five-issue comic series. This time, Team Sonic and the Justice League will join forces to battle the combined threat of Lex Luthor and Dr. Robotnik.

Justice League + Team Sonic = High Octane Action
To continue the popular team-up and build on its initial success, DC and SEGA America are bringing back the creative team behind the original DC x Sonic the Hedgehog comic for the new issue, Metal Legion #1. They’re essentially sticking with what works and avoiding unnecessary changes.
Fan-favorite Sonic writer Ian Flynn is teaming up with artist Adam Bryce Thomas for a new five-part comic series this spring. It promises to be an exciting and action-packed read that’s sure to stand out from the competition.
I really enjoyed working on the first crossover, and I’m thrilled that the hint we left at the end is now becoming a reality,” said Flynn. “I hope readers enjoy this second installment as much as I enjoyed writing it!”
Fans have been eagerly awaiting this release, and they’re excited that Flynn and Thomas are continuing the story from the previous version.
