Jurassic Park has found a new streaming home in the UK.
The original 1993 film “Jurassic Park,” followed by its successors, “The Lost World: Jurassic Park” from 1997 and “Jurassic Park III” released in 2001, can now be streamed for free on ITVX.
This summer sees the arrival of “Jurassic World Rebirth”, the fourth installment in the Jurassic World series and the seventh film within the broader Jurassic Park franchise.
In five years, the new film will be set, when the planet’s environment has shown to be mostly unsuitable for dinosaurs following the events of Jurassic World Dominion.
Remaining specimens live secluded in equatorial settings with climates similar to their historic habitats, as described in this overview. Among these tropical ecosystem’s giants lie the secrets to a groundbreaking drug that could provide extraordinary lifesaving advantages for humanity.

In a different casting, Scarlett Johansson takes on the role of undercover ops specialist Zora Bennett, tasked with assembling the team to retrieve DNA samples from three dinosaur species. Meanwhile, the character of Dr. Henry Loomis, a palaeontologist, is portrayed by Jonathan Bailey, known for his work in ‘Bridgerton’.
Additionally featuring Mahershala Ali, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Rupert Friend, Luna Blaise, and David Iacono in key roles.
Director Gareth Edwards refers to the forthcoming movie as a heartfelt tribute or affectionate message of appreciation, reminiscent of the work done by Steven Spielberg on the initial two Jurassic Park films.

He clarified that for him, the film feels like an enormous tribute to Steven Spielberg and his past works. Certain scenes in the movie strongly evoke memories of the classic film, Jaws, for him.
This collection feels like a compact summary of the elements from his movies that I cherished during my childhood. Essentially, it’s an abridged journey through this island, a tale of survival in its purest form.
Jurassic World Rebirth is released in cinemas on July 2, 2025.
