Here’s how to quickly earn nine Overwatch 2 loot boxes for free.

From November 20th to 24th, Overwatch 2 is hosting Junkrat’s Loot Hunt, giving players a chance to earn free loot boxes by playing the game.

Overwatch 2 Junkrat’s Loot Hunt

Junkrat’s Loot Hunt is back with nine challenges. To complete them, you’ll need to play five Overwatch 2 matches per challenge. Winning matches speeds things up – you’ll earn twice the progress! Winning in the Stadium mode gives you an even bigger boost, counting as four times the progress of a standard match.

So, to get in on the action, all I have to do is fire up Overwatch 2 and play some PvP matches. They said we’ve got from November 20th to the 24th to do it, which is awesome!

The Spirit Showdown event is still going on, so you can complete any remaining challenges and also make progress in Junkrat’s Loot Hunt at the same time!

Free Overwatch 2 loot boxes galore

The current Junkrat’s Loot Hunt event lets you earn nine loot boxes. These are all rare boxes, so you’re guaranteed to get at least one rare item each time you open one. If you open 20 of these rare boxes, you’re also guaranteed to receive a legendary item.

You can also earn rewards by completing event challenges. Just play five matches to unlock them all! Playing and winning in Stadium mode will help you progress even faster.
