Junior Andre, 19, makes his red carpet debut with glamorous girlfriend Jasmine Orr, 23, at the UK premiere of Alien: Romulus
As a seasoned observer of celebrity relationships, I find it refreshing to see Junior and Jasmine openly embracing their love story. Their age difference may raise eyebrows for some, but as someone who’s navigated my own share of age-gap relationships (albeit not quite as dramatic), I can attest that age is merely a number when it comes to true love.
On Wednesday evening, Junior Andre walked his first red carpet event accompanied by his elegant partner, at the UK premiere of Alien: Romulus held at Cineworld Leicester Square in London.
19-year-old son of Katie Price and Peter Andre, Harvey, made it public on Instagram that he is dating Jasmine Orr, who is 23 years old, during his birthday party in June.
Now, they’ve escalated their presence by attending a public gathering side by side, drawing a multitude of other celebrities.
Junior looked smart in a black suit and wore a silver chain as he posed with Jasmine by his side.
She turned heads in a strapless black midi dress which showcased her toned frame and was teamed with white strappy heels.
She finished off her outfit with a delicate pink handbag, let down her long, dark hair in wavy style, and chose an elegant makeup look.
For the first time in April, Junior confessed that he was dating someone secretly, and went as far as stating he would forgo the opportunity to date Dua Lipa for this person.
Last month the pair enjoyed a romantic weekend away together at Champneys Forest Mere spa.
Junior took to his Instagram Story as he shared a behind the scenes look at the couple’s getaway.
The duo arrived at a high-end room boasting stylish decor, a grand king-size bed, a sparkling white marbled bathroom, and a spacious balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake.
In addition to their delightful stay in the Deluxe Suite, priced at more than £700 per night, the young pair received two gift bags filled with treats from Champney during their visit.
Captioning the video, he wrote: ‘Thank you for a lovely stay @champneyspas with my gorgeous’.
Junior and Jasmine savored a toast of champagne during an enchanting dinner at the renowned spa resort, known for its array of lavish spa services, swimming pool, outdoor hydrotherapy pool, and thermal suite.
Previously, they made their relationship official by sharing a loving kiss during Junior’s 19th birthday celebration, which included a romantic dinner and drinks.
In April, it was first disclosed that Junior has been keeping a girlfriend secretly, and he went so far as to state that he would refuse the opportunity to date Dua Lipa for this hidden love.
Previously, Jasmine made an appearance on Celebs Go Dating, and last year, she shared a kiss on-screen with Adam Collard, aged 28 from Love Island, while he was in a relationship with Lottie Moss on the program.
In his post, Junior expressed: ‘I’m celebrating my birthday today! I wouldn’t have wanted to do anything else. #smitten’
The update came after his mother Katie revealed what she thinks of Junior’s new girlfriend.
On the Katie Price Show podcast, Katie expressed her support for Junior’s relationship with his partner, Jasmine, despite their significant age difference. She eagerly anticipates meeting Jasmine in the future.
‘She’s so pretty!’ Katie, 45, said, ‘I remember watching her on Celebs Go Dating.’
The mother of five emphasized that she doesn’t feel concerned about Jasmine being five years older than her son, pointing out: ‘Aren’t situations amusing when your children grow up and enter relationships, and you meet their partners as fully grown adults? That’s what Jasmine is.’
‘They’re not like young kids at school.’
Katie, who’s involved in a relationship with Married At First Sight star JJ Slater, aged 31, stated: “It’s peculiar because she’s 23 and he’s 18. Age differences can occur in relationships, but as you grow older, the age gap becomes less significant.”
Katie learned from her daughter, Princess, who met Jasmine and Peter Andre together, that Junior had not shared any information about Jasmine with Katie directly.
Answering a fan question about whether parents should be honest about their feelings toward a child’s girlfriend or boyfriend, Katie recalled a messy past experience with Junior.
‘There’s being honest and there’s being honest with how you feel about your son’s girlfriends.’
In the past, I made a comment regarding one of Junior’s girlfriends, that was many years ago. Since they are deeply in love, they consider themselves flawless. At times like these, it might be best to keep quiet and let them enjoy their relationship.
It’s unlikely that Jasmine will feel overly anxious when encountering her boyfriend’s famous mother, given her past experiences with stardom.
Among Jasmine’s friends on social media are Tom Clare from Love Island, Curtis Pritchard, Jack Fincham, and Coco Lodge.
