As we draw nearer to the scheduled date for this year’s second Pokémon Presents livestream, it’s clear that Pikachu is indeed preparing a meal.
The Pokémon Company generated excitement for the forthcoming Pokémon Presents event by sharing an enigmatic picture depicting a Pikachu seemingly guarding a potential DJ station.
In an X post, The Pokémon Company gave the image the following caption:
On Tuesday, July 22nd, you can catch the “Pokémon Presents” live-stream starting at 9 PM. It looks like Pikachu might be cooking up something special!
In 2025, we’ll have another Pokémon Presents event, which will be the second one this year. The first one took place on February 27. The earlier Pokémon Presents brought some exciting revelations not just for Pokémon Legends: Arceus, but also for the Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon GO.
Speculation swirls around the July 2025 Pokémon Presents

Instead of focusing solely on the usual anticipations, like additional information about Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Pokémon Champions, enthusiasts are also excitedly speculating a potential remake of the Black and White series, similar to the pre-release of Pokémon Legends: Arceus, which was preceded by Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
Certain users of X also shared their own interpretations about the real significance behind the Pikachu picture. They speculate that the DJ setup could be suggesting a potential Pokémon music application or maybe a fresh kind of Pokémon.
Currently, The Pokémon Company has only revealed one detail for the upcoming Pokémon Presents – a Pikachu image. So, it’s best to approach all speculations with skepticism and remain patient until the event itself unfolds.
