As a die-hard fan of Julianne Hough, I must say that Saturday was a true testament to her multitalented prowess! Not only is she gracing us with her debut sci-fi novel “Everything We Never Knew,” but she’s also taking the dance world by storm with Kinrgy. Her all-white ensemble was as refreshing as a summer breeze, and I can’t help but feel a sense of pride whenever I see her strutting her stuff.

On a bustling Saturday, Julianne Hough was actively marketing her book titled Everything We Never Knew and her dance studio called Kinrgy.

36-year-old former Dancing with the Stars contestant wore a charming and sunny outfit consisting entirely of pieces by designers Khaite and Haider Ackermann.

Her long, sleeveless cream dress had a notch collar, slit up the skirt and relaxed fit.

The joyful solo dancer accessorized her outfit elegantly. She chose a dress to match with sparkling chandelier earrings, comfortable white shoes, and a petite, luxurious yellow hobo bag.

Julianne was on her way to an occasion, specifically for the fashionable athletic wear label Alo and her dance studio Kinrgy, located in Beverly Hills.

The award-winning Emmy recipient’s debut book, titled “Everything We Never Knew,” a science fiction novel, will be available in bookstores starting August 13.

She wrote her debut novel with author Ellen Goodlett.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’ve poured over four years of my life into crafting this book, and I’m thrilled to finally unveil it to the world.

The book is about a woman named Lexi who can feel other people’s emotions and see their memories.

As she stands to receive an award for being the top seller at her real estate company, she encounters a poignant moment of empathy. This is when she feels the sorrow and loss of a family member that one of the audience members is experiencing.

In her recent acquisition of power, Lexi can aid others. However, a vision reveals her husband facing peril. To rescue him, Lexi is compelled to tackle her past, an aspect she’s steadfastly kept at bay.

Julianne started her dance-fitness initiative, called Kinrgy, which blends dancing, conscious body movements, and meditation. The aim was to establish physical studios for this fitness platform, but due to the pandemic, she had to adapt and take it online instead.

As someone who has struggled with stress and anxiety in the past, I can attest to the transformative power of mind-body practices like dance, breathwork, and visualization. Having personally experienced the benefits of these techniques, I am thrilled to hear about a new studio opening in West Hollywood that offers just that.

She mentioned to E! News in March that discovering the combination of dance, breathing exercises, and visualization techniques was similar to finding a Tesla Supercharger – an incredibly efficient and powerful solution.

Engaging in any of those activities can help you achieve a state of flow, yet the impact is significantly amplified when you incorporate all three simultaneously. It’s potent!

She clarified that we’re living in an era of dynamic wellness. By transforming your energy, you can modify your perspective (mindset), which in turn affects your body (physicality).

Instead of focusing on the appearance of our bodies by being physically active, consider channeling your efforts towards improving your energy levels, and as a result, you’ll find that fitness follows naturally.

‘For me, movement equals life,’ she continued. ‘Motion equals emotion.’
