Julianne Hough sells Hollywood Hills home after slashing price by nearly $2MILLION

After reducing the asking price significantly, actress Julianne Hough has eventually managed to sell her residence in Hollywood Hills.

In a confirmed transaction, the 36-year-old star known from Dancing With The Stars successfully unloaded her LA residence located within a well-known celebrity neighborhood for approximately $6.35 million.

Instead, her home’s return was not quite what she had anticipated at first, since she had initially priced it at $7.95 million in April.

The three bedroom, four bathroom home features 3,000-square-feet of living space.

Without a shadow of a doubt, the new proprietor will find ample space on the land since it sprawls across almost half an acre.

This house, which underwent a recent renovation by popular celebrity designer Jake Arnold, was initially constructed in the late 1930s during Hollywood’s golden age.

The home’s interior is filled with light, thanks to its spacious living room boasting wall-to-wall windows that foster a sense of being one with nature.

The seamless blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, including the dining area and kitchen, extends to a delightful covered terrace, ideal for entertaining guests.

It also features a large swimming pool for those hot California summer months.

Previously, Julianne shared a home with her ex-husband, who was once an NHL player named Brooks Laich.

They began a romantic relationship in 2013, tied the knot in Idaho during the summer of 2017, and parted ways through divorce by 2022.

After the divorce Julianne moved on with a new home in New York City.  

Julianne currently co-hosts Dancing With The Stars alongside Alfonso Ribeiro.

This year, starting on September 16, the well-known reality competition series will enter its 34th season. As of now, the announced celebrities competing are Jenn Affleck, Alix Earle, Robert Irwin, and Whitney Leavitt.
