Jules Neale was all smiles on Friday as she shared glowing photos of her 36th birthday celebration.
The woman, previously known for her relationship with a football player, seemed incredibly happy and carefree while enjoying time with friends in a beautiful yellow dress, following her split from her ex-husband, Lachie Neale.
Jules and Lachie, both 32, received a lot of media attention in December when they announced their separation. The split followed accusations from Jules that Lachie had been unfaithful, with reports suggesting an affair with a friend, Tess Crosley.
Despite recent disagreements, the mother of two seems to be moving on, enjoying time with close friends at her birthday celebration this week.
The woman, with blonde hair, smiled brightly while posing for pictures. She wore a cheerful yellow dress that showed off her shape.
Jules showed off her legs in a short dress while enjoying drinks at a fancy restaurant in her hometown of Perth.
Someone gave her a little pink cake decorated with red hearts, along with a bouquet of pink and white balloons.
A later photo captured Jules with her friends, all laughing, and revealed that they had already eaten half of the cake.
After ending her relationship with Lachie, Jules has returned to Perth with their two children, four-year-old Piper and one-year-old Freddie.
She seemed happy and to be doing well after the breakup, recently posting a video showing her embracing a new chapter.
A key moment showing Jules’s progress in healing comes when we see footage of her ex-husband, Lachie.
Although it doesn’t seem like the couple will get back together, she still featured him in a video showing him with their two children.
It felt like a glimpse into the challenges we’d face as single parents in the future.
The video showed lots of happy times with their kids, relaxing with friends over wine, and enjoying the scenic Perth coast, all contributing to her recovery.
However, Jules also shared a vulnerable moment, visibly upset and showing that the breakup is still deeply affecting them.
Jules and Lachie broke up in November after Jules publicly accused the Brisbane Lions player of a deep betrayal on Instagram.
Lachie eventually confessed the breakup happened because of his behavior, following speculation he had an affair with Tess Crosley, a friend of Jules.
The footy player did not go into specifics, but admitted the couple had separated.
He acknowledged people are curious about his personal life, but stated he wouldn’t be discussing it today, as those details are private.
‘I can confirm though with regret that Jules and I have now separated.
I won’t share details, but I want to say that I’ve disappointed my family, and I sincerely apologize for the hurt I’ve caused to those I care about most.
‘And for that I am deeply sorry.’
