Marshals, has revealed its cast for a significant role alongside a familiar actor. This person is someone The OC fans are sure to remember.
As a dedicated fan, I’m thrilled to share that the upcoming season will center around Kayce Dutton, skillfully portrayed by Luke Grimes from Yellowstone. This time, we’ll see him take on the role of a U.S. Marshal, leveraging his cowboy expertise and Navy SEAL training to mete out justice in Montana’s rugged terrain.
Additionally on the team, you’ll find Logan Marshall-Green, known for his role in The OC. He will be taking on the character of Pete Calvin, a former military comrade of Kayce’s. (Source: The Hollywood Reporter)
The summary hints at challenging daily lives for Kayce and his colleagues, as they struggle to juggle family responsibilities, loyalty, and the significant emotional strain that accompanies being the final barrier against the local conflict zone’s violence.
Following his successful role as Trey Atwood in “The OC”, Marshall-Green continued his acting career with various projects. Notable among these are the fifth Alien movie titled “Prometheus”, the Alien series, and Netflix’s Christmas action film called “Carry-On”.
This year, it has been announced that a certain actor will be part of the cast for season 3 of the “Sex and the City” sequel series titled “And Just Like That…“. In this show, he portrays landscape architect Adam Karma, who becomes Seema Patel’s love interest.
Anticipated for release later this year, Y: Marshals serves as a sequel to Taylor Sheridan’s hit series Yellowstone, concluding its fifth season in two parts towards the end of the previous year (as reported by TV Fanatic).
In the upcoming series, we’ll continue the storyline from the original, where the Dutton ranch was purchased by the Broken Rock tribe.
Under the agreement with Chief Thomas Rainwater (Gil Birmingham), Kayce maintains control over a modest piece of property, allowing him and his family to reside there.
Marshals, a new show, will be broadcast on CBS in the United States during the 2025-26 midseason. On the other hand, you can stream seasons 1-5 of Yellowstone on Paramount+.
