As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Joy Corrigan is truly a testament to resilience and self-love. Her journey from a Victoria’s Secret alum to a successful entrepreneur after removing her breast implants is nothing short of inspiring.
As a lifestyle enthusiast, I delighted in embodying the holiday spirit when I graced the Revolve Holiday Shop Boutique at The Grove shopping center in sunny Los Angeles last Thursday evening.
The individual, aged 36, who’s been seen in various semi-transparent outfits since she underwent the removal of her breast implants over a year back, opted for not wearing a bra and donned a somewhat sheer burgundy knitted mini-dress.
The former model from Victoria’s Secret displayed her shapely figure in a tight dress featuring a cowl neckline, offering a glimpse of what she had underneath.
Corrigan was styled with an white faux fur jacket and burgundy mules.
The frequent flyer had her golden hair pulled back into a tall pigtail, adorned with a white ribbon, while two loose curls framed her face.
The Naked Species founder wore natural looking makeup with a soft pink lip.

Corrigan confessed that she worried about the potential financial impact of removing her breast implants, but since the surgery, her modeling career has been flourishing.
She participated in recent campaigns for Alo Moves and Subtl Beauty.
Besides being an entrepreneur, this individual also holds sponsored agreements with Soursop Nutrition Supplements, G-DEFY apparel, Innersense Organic Beauty, and Clarins makeup brands.
Expressing her astonishment at her Instagram success in June, ten months following her surgery, Corrigan posted, ‘I find it hard to believe that my career might have ended after removing my breast implants. But surprisingly, it’s thriving more than ever! I feel more alive, brimming with vitality, and above all, healthier than I’ve ever been!’
The leggy model revealed she went through the procedure due to the implants making her ill.
Experiencing Breast Implant Illness may lead to symptoms such as persistent joint and muscle aches, mental cloudiness (or “brain fog”), exhaustion due to adrenal insufficiency, mysterious skin irritations, eye dryness, and digestive issues.
Symptoms associated with BII (Breast Implant Illness) can also involve difficulty breathing, disrupted sleep patterns, a sensation of dry mouth, feelings of anxiousness or sadness, recurring headaches, and hair loss, as reported by breastcancer.org.

In the year 2023, over 300,000 breast enlargement procedures were carried out by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a strong warning, known as a black box warning, for all breast implants, alerting users about potential adverse effects.
In Corrigan’s words, he emphasized that despite harboring doubts, stand tall and show courage, as it is this resilience that truly defines your inner strength and beauty.
Here’s my fervent wish: May this message inspire just one soul out there, reminding them that they don’t have to change their physical self to achieve success in their career or to be cherished. I truly believe that authenticity shines brighter than any alteration!
