On Wednesday, it seemed like model Joy Corrigan unexpectedly strutted her stuff as she walked to her dinner appointment in Los Angeles.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I’d say, “I recently found myself captivating onlookers as I strutted towards a restaurant, clad in a bold, two-piece ensemble comprising a striking yellow and black crop top paired with a mini skirt, subtly accentuated with white hues.
Born in Hadley, Massachusetts, she walked with a self-assured demeanor, descending the stairs and making her way purposefully towards the building.
The ensemble, displaying his chiseled abs and toned legs, complemented it perfectly with black thigh-high boots and a bag slung over his right shoulder in a coordinating color.
To complete her whole appearance, the stunning woman with a height of 5 feet 8 inches sported a sleek, blunt bob hairstyle that reached only slightly past her shoulders and had a central parting.
In the past few months, Corrigan, known for her black belt in karate, has been flaunting her impressively fit physique while regularly attending the popular gym, Alo Fitness.
And as a brand ambassador for the athletic apparel retailer she kicked off her Wednesday with a Pilates workout in the morning dressed in black leggings and sports bra from Alo.
This past year, Corrigan embarked on a personal journey focused on self-love and personal development, culminating in the choice to remove her breast implants.
Joy shared with her followers that she began working with an exceptional therapist, stopped using alcohol and marijuana, and relocated to Los Angeles, where she secured her own living space.
She noted, “I assumed responsibility for my professional path by parting ways with my former modeling representatives and managers. As a result, I’ve been generating and accumulating more income than before. I’ve also established a fresh team, and I’m now working alongside individuals who align with my beliefs.
As a committed advocate for wellness, I too am placing great emphasis on prioritizing my own health. This involves regular meditation and using my personal experiences to uplift and inspire other women.
In her discussion about changes in her life, Corrigan mentioned, ‘I shifted my eating and exercise habits from a focus on looks to prioritizing wellness, which has led to a 10-pound weight gain. I no longer fixate on my weight but instead listen to my body’s signals. I discovered delight in painting, acting, crafting, and chasing my aspirations. I’ve never been more fit and content, and it’s all due to me. P.S. I continue to grow and learn to appreciate myself even more every day.’
In 2019, Corrigan co-founded the clothing brand Naked Species with her sister Gina Corrigan Smith.
She contributes a portion of the earnings generated by Naked Species products towards the Wild Life Tomorrow Fund, an initiative aimed at preventing animal extinction.
