The TV personality who gained fame as a former “Big Brother” star is primarily recognized for serving as a substitute presenter on ITV1’s daytime program, stepping in for regular hosts Cat Deeley, Ben Shephard, Alison Hammond, and Dermot O’Leary during the summer break

In a recent chat with the Express, Josie shared that she’s going to step away for a while from This Morning, but assured fans she’ll be back by the end of this year

As a gamer, I’ll be there on the couch during Christmas morning on “This Morning”. After that festive break, it’s time to hit the digital roads again, doing my best to navigate through the challenges ahead!

“I have numerous projects underway, and I’m deeply immersed in ‘This Morning’. I’m truly appreciative of their support, as they’ve played a significant role in my growth as a host.”

Regarding Josie’s latest project, she’ll be hosting a travel show on Channel 5, focusing on discovering high-end travel destinations and accommodations

She expressed that the upcoming show will be extraordinary since it offers an opportunity to delve into the lives of others, much like experiencing first-class travel

As you move along the aisle on the plane, it occurs to you, “I’m curious about that direction. I’ll find out what’s over there by exploring the opposite side.”

Based on TV Zone’s report, the upcoming series is tentatively called “The Premium Journey Series” and it will span across three installments

Recently, Josie hasn’t just landed one new opportunity; she’s also become part of the Magic FM radio clan starting this August. Every Saturday from 1 to 2 PM, she hosts the BBQ Playlist show

This Morning airs on weekdays from 10am on ITV1 and streams on ITVX.
