As I delve into Josie’s vibrant and inspiring life journey, I can’t help but be captivated by her resilience and zest for life. From her humble beginnings to her successful television career and philanthropic endeavors, she embodies the spirit of determination and compassion that resonates with many.

As a committed wellness enthusiast, I find myself expressing a desire to shed some extra pounds before the festive season. To make this happen, I am resolved to return to my gym routine and focus on shedding excess weight.

The presenter on the show This Morning, aged 39, has been displaying her weight loss journey in various attractive ensembles, yet she admitted to often worrying about her weight and not feeling fully satisfied with her appearance.

Josie shared with TopMob that she intends to return to the gym in order to have a good time during the Christmas season, and mentioned that her recent weight loss is due to being occupied at work.

Josie has said she’s finally feeling happier. when it comes to her looks

In an exclusive conversation with TopMob, Josie shared that she has been exceptionally occupied, constantly moving from one place to another while focusing on her work.

I need to make room for gym visits. I’ll be working until the 21st, but from the following week, I’ve decided to set aside specific time each day to hit the gym and slim down a bit before Christmas so I can feel good about myself during the holidays.

Over time, I’ve found myself under a great deal of self-imposed pressure, always striving for something more without truly finding contentment.

Currently, I’m quite occupied, but I’d love to shed some pounds. However, overall, I’m content with who I am, and that’s what truly matters.

It’s similar to renovating a house; the human body requires continual improvement too, doesn’t it? That’s why I always aim for some advancement. I always want to refresh or repaint a part of myself.

In the past, it was disclosed that Josie often cried regularly due to being bullied about her weight following her victory on Big Brother in 2010.

Back in 2014, I embarked on an incredible journey and managed to shed approximately six stones within a single year. This transformation saw me transition from a size 20 to a more petite size eight.

Previously, prior to her stint on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!, this presenter disclosed that she had reduced her size from 18 to 14, thanks to the assistance of a personal trainer.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I must admit that my physical form is not exactly where I’d like it to be. However, prior to realizing this, I had already enlisted the help of a dedicated personal trainer. Together, we’ve been focusing on strength training exercises to sculpt and strengthen my body.

‘And then I’ve been running with my hairdresser Maurice and everyone thinks that we are an item!

I recently posted a photo of myself on Instagram; that person is actually my hairstylist, who does an incredible job. Incidentally, he also takes me for runs. To be honest, I wasn’t much of a runner before, but with his encouragement, I’ve been participating in some 5K races now and then.

‘It’s finding the time, because I am here, there and everywhere and then I’ve got Reggie.

It’s challenging for me to carve out some personal time, yet I’ve managed to keep things under control.

I should have prepared my diet in advance, but I didn’t. Instead, I’ve been treating each meal as if it were my last one for quite some time.

Additionally, she shared her reasoning behind why some individuals opt for weight loss injections, yet personally, she would not elect to undergo such a procedure.

The attractive woman clarified, “I comprehend, you see, how in difficult situations, some people feel compelled to act in such a way.

However, I prefer to maintain a natural state for my body, choosing not to alter or modify it artificially. The natural path is what I usually opt for.

However, I acknowledge that others may engage in such behavior, [but personally, I find it hard to comprehend], yet for me, I prefer to experiment with self-exploration rather than indulge in similar activities.

In relation to her work on daytime TV, she mentioned that various body types are featured on “This Morning”.

‘And I think that’s good cos you’ve got to appeal to everybody. I think we’ve come another way.’

Some of Josie’s recent projects involved a collaboration with FirstBus.

Josie has been taking the city buses in Bristol to meet some of the local heroes who hail from her home region.

In their effort to encourage conversation among passengers, they discovered that it is primarily the younger demographic who engage in chatty discussions on public transport. Interestingly, about half of Generation Z has formed friendships through these interactions.

The survey revealed that a significant 82% of British residents believe that public transportation significantly contributes to the interconnection of their communities.

Josie mentioned Charlotte Churchill as one of the remarkable individuals from her neighborhood who left a deep impact on her.

She said: ‘Charlotte uses FirstBus to deliver all her hampers.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, she began crafting elegant, high-end baskets filled with essentials to help those who were facing some hardships.

‘And now she is doing over thousands of hampers and handing them out all over Christmas.

‘And she does it all off her own time. All of her own back. She’s amazing.’

Regarding the campaign, Josie mentioned: “Reflecting on the trips I took in my youth has brought back memories of how buses connect individuals in such a wonderful manner.

‘The bus plays a vital role in our neighborhoods that often goes unnoticed. It’s no wonder then to learn about all the lasting friendships being formed when people strike up conversations with their fellow passengers.’
