The sleek black velvet ensemble he wore, paired with a clean-shaven face and black turtleneck, exudes an air of sophistication that is hard to ignore.

At the Elle Women in Hollywood event held in Los Angeles on Tuesday, Joshua Jackson sported a stylish, modern hairstyle.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I’d say I stepped out in style recently, donning a sleek black velvet blazer and coordinating pants for a special occasion. The look was sharp, dapper, and truly fitting for the event.

Instead of sporting a beard or stubble, Joshua chose to be clean-shaven for the occasion. He complemented his attire by wearing a sleek black turtleneck sweater.

Previously, Joshua attributed keeping a youthful appearance to chasing after his four-year-old daughter Juno, whom he co-parents with ex-partner Jodie-Turner Smith, as the reason.

He shared with People Magazine: “I believe running after a 4-year-old helps keep you youthful.

However, he added:’ The grey hair might tell you a little different. 

It seems to me that the primary reason for my current happiness is the fact that I shaved. Yes, I’m genuinely joyful, exceptionally so, but I believe the transformation from my COVID beard to a clean-shaven look is making me feel younger.

I gained widespread recognition, playing the character Pacey Whitter in the popular teen drama series Dawson’s Creek, which featured the talented actors James Van Der Beek, Katie Holmes, and Michelle Williams.

It caused a stir in Hollywood when it was revealed in October 2023 that Joshua and Jodie had decided to part ways after spending three years as a married couple.

Before her appearance at the Women Of The Year Awards on Tuesday, where she was photographed in a striking manner, she shared with the magazine that she is currently single and has grown weary of men.

Although Jodie enjoys her independent lifestyle, it’s been rumored that Joshua, aged 46, is in a romantic relationship with actress Lupita Nyong’o.

However, the actress from “Queen and Slim” clarified that she doesn’t express an opinion about her former spouse’s current activities, so long as any new partners treat her and their shared child well.

She said: ‘He can do whatever he wants.

‘Just be good to Juno and be good to Juno’s mum, because I’m going to be Juno’s mum forever.

‘It’s really not for me to have an opinion on his journey.’

Approximately a year following their separation, Jodie shared with the publication that she and her ex-partner are both working out the optimal method for raising their child together.

She mentioned that it’s a transition phase for anyone who ends a relationship, especially since they’ve grown accustomed to spending so much time with their child.

‘But nobody hands you a manual. Everyone’s trying to figure it out.’

She added: ‘Every parent leads a unique existence, but it becomes even more complex when your separation stems from living separate lives. This complexity is further heightened as you navigate the challenges of co-parenting.’
