Joshua Jackson seemed cheerful and relaxed as he enjoyed a lunch date with actress Elizabeth Gilpin in Los Angeles on Monday, shortly after temporarily halting the proceedings in his divorce from Jodie Turner-Smith.

Actors Joshua Jackson, 47, and Jodie Turner-Smith, 39, ended their four-year marriage in 2023. The couple share a five-year-old daughter named Juno.

But new court filings suggest things between the exes may be cooling down.

Turner-Smith’s lawyers requested that the court postpone the trial originally set for October 15th, stating that she and Jackson are currently working to reach an agreement regarding custody of their children.
