The actor known for his role in Pearl Harbor, age 47, was riding in an SUV that was involved in a collision with a police vehicle from the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary around 1 a.m. local time on Thursday, according to CBC News.

Hartnett was heading home after finishing work on a Netflix series that doesn’t have a public title yet.

According to CBC News, the vehicle carrying the Lucky Number Slevinactor was driven by a 59-year-old man whose identity hasn’t been revealed.

A police officer ‘as a precaution’ was hospitalized, officials said.

According to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, Hartnett, the driver, and the officer all received medical attention for slight injuries. Medical professionals examined them all.

According to CBC News, both vehicles were severely damaged in the crash.

Authorities are asking anyone who saw something or has video footage related to the incident to come forward. The incident happened at the intersection of New Cove Road and Elizabeth Avenue.
