As a lifestyle expert with a wealth of experience, I have seen countless stories of celebrity relationships unfold – some ending amicably and others not so much. The story of Amy and Jono Castano, however, is one that stands out as a testament to the power of friendship and mutual respect.

In 2021, celebrity trainers Amy and Jono Castano got divorced, however, they continue to maintain a friendly relationship.

Amy proved the pair are friendly exes when she met up with Jono at an event on Friday.

On Instagram Stories, Amy recorded Jono while he presented about FutureLab health supplements, with her soccer star beau Aaron Evans nearby.

The two appeared to hang out at the event, before Amy headed off to spent some time with Aaron.

Amy and Jono were high school sweethearts and divorced in 2021 after spending 15 years together.

As the co-founder of our thriving gym, Acero, I’ve learned that maintaining a strong bond with my partner is just as important as nurturing our shared passion for fitness. Though life may have led us down separate paths, our friendship remains unshaken – a testament to the fact that distance doesn’t always mean goodbyes, but rather, opportunities for new adventures and continued growth together, even from afar.

Jono has just become a father to the child model Simone Holtznagel, whereas Amy is currently in a relationship with footballer Aaron.

However, Jono’s relationship with Simone ended acrimoniously in recent months.

As a single parent myself, I can empathize with Simone’s situation. It seems that she is navigating her motherhood journey independently, and her recent statement about doing it “alone” appears to be a subtle jab at her ex-boyfriend Jono. I admire Simone for her courage and resilience in raising her child without the support of her former partner. Raising a child alone is not easy, but Simone’s strength and determination are truly inspiring. Kudos to her for standing up for herself and being honest about her feelings.

31-year-old model shares insights into life with her five-month-old daughter, Gia, whom she had with celebrity fitness coach Jono, aged 33, on Easter Sunday.

In an interview with Women’s Health, Simone discussed both the advantages and challenges of being a single parent, despite appearing to co-parent with Jono.

In a seemingly subtle jab, Simone omitted any reference to Jono while expressing gratitude towards her family and friends for their support, as he’s yet to voice his opinion on the separation.

When asked about an unexpected part of being a mom, Simone mentioned: ‘On the positive side, I discovered I can handle things independently. On the downside, I’m realizing I have to manage everything on my own.’

I’m incredibly fortunate to have my loved ones go far beyond expectations for me. Their presence makes it much simpler to cope with life’s difficulties.

Even though motherhood comes with its difficulties, Simone finds taking care of her baby Gia an ‘utter delight’, and surprisingly, she found it less challenging than anticipated.

She shared, “Each day, I remind myself, ‘Today could be her last tiny phase.’ This thought allows me to appreciate even the tiniest or challenging moments.”

In a sincere question-and-answer session, I shared my thoughts about my latest initiative titled “Sorry To Offend You,” a campaign I’m working on alongside Nala. This project intends to challenge societal norms and eradicate the taboo surrounding public breastfeeding.

As someone who has gone through a public breakup myself, I can empathize with Jono’s situation. It seems he’s trying to win back his girlfriend by supporting her campaign this week, just a few weeks after their split in July. The decision to publicly announce one’s support for an ex, especially during a political campaign, takes guts and shows a level of maturity that not everyone possesses. However, I can’t help but wonder if this move is strategic rather than heartfelt, as it might be an attempt to regain public favor after the fallout from their breakup. Nonetheless, only time will tell if Jono’s actions are genuine or just a calculated move.

The Acero gym owner left a sentimental comment beneath a post about her promotional on Instagram, showing SImone breastfeeding their daughter Gia.

‘This is so good well done nuffle,’ he wrote, seemingly using his pet name for her.

A few days ago, I found myself making heartfelt comments following my visit to the place where Simone and their newborn baby Gia were staying – a place often referred to as a ‘postpartum hotel’. This action, it seems, was meant to express my desire for reconciliation.

Simone decided to make a public appearance with her new political campaign, after spending some time out of the spotlight since the announcement of her separation from Jono became public knowledge approximately a month ago.

In April last month, Jono made it clear that he and Simone chose to part ways in May, which was only nine weeks following the birth of their daughter, Gia, on Easter Sunday.

In his statement to Daily Mail Australia, he expressed that while nobody can predict the future, their aim is to be the very best parents they can be for Gia at this present moment.

For a while, it had become clear to one of their friends that Simone and Jono’s relationship was likely coming to an end.

According to a source, Simone’s lifestyle as a model reportedly conflicted with Jono’s career as a fitness influencer, based on warnings from several of their close associates.

The initial hint of difficulty emerged when Jon, on March 31 (Gia’s birth date), shared photos of his lavish vacation in Thailand, with no signs of Simone or their newborn child, several days following the event.

Despite numerous fans of Jono expressing admiration for the photos, Simone chose not to like or comment on them.
