Jane Goldman, wife of Jonathan Ross, showed off her significant weight loss while accompanying him at the premiere of ’28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’ on Tuesday.

The 55-year-old screenwriter recently shared a photo from her family vacation showing off her new appearance, and also displayed her fit physique at a London event.

Jane and her husband, Jonathan, have been married since 1988 and recently enjoyed a date night. For the occasion, she wore a flowy, brown boho dress paired with a leopard-print kimono.

I was thrilled to be among the first to see Danny Boyle’s new ’28 Years Later’ film! The premiere was a fantastic night, and I spotted some amazing talent there, including Jack O’Connell and Cillian Murphy. It’s always exciting to see fresh takes on classic stories, and this one definitely delivered.

Following the first movie, The Bone Temple introduces young Spike (Alfie Williams) as the newest member of Sir Jimmy Crystal’s crew. This gang of acrobatic killers operates in a Britain destroyed by the Rage Virus.

Jack O’Connell stars as Sir Jimmy, the head of a dangerous cult called The Jimmys. Ralph Fiennes reprises his role as Dr. Ian Kelson.

Jane had previously shared a snap of her weight loss to Instagram on Sunday. 

The 55-year-old British film producer, married to Jonathan, 65, for over three decades, showed off her new physique wearing a beige top and black pants. She posed for photos with her 28-year-old daughter, Honey, and Honey’s husband at a Japanese market.

Jane has been married to Jonathan for more than 35 years, and she’s a creative professional – she works as a screenwriter, author, and producer.

She helped write the screenplays for popular films like Kingsman: The Secret Service and X-Men: First Class. In 2012, she wrote her first solo screenplay for the movie The Woman In Black.

Jane was only 16 when she met the man who would become her husband. She was starting out as a showbiz reporter at the time, and they got married two years later, in 1988.

Jonathan was nearly ten years older than the young journalist when they first met while he was starting out as a talk show host.

The couple have three children together, Betty Kitten, Harvey Kirby and Honey Kinney.

Jane previously shared with The Times that she met Jonathan at a promotional event.

Honestly, it’s heartbreaking to hear him talk about himself and his wife. He described them as feeling like a couple of neglected ‘hamsters,’ which just shows how low he’s feeling. And he actually resented having to shower – can you believe that? It’s a really sad glimpse into his struggle with keeping clean and feeling good about himself.

‘He’d just started his show, The Last Resort. He’d only been doing it for two weeks, I think.’

I’m having trouble recalling our conversations, and it’s frustrating. My wife, Honey, keeps asking me, but the details just don’t stick in my memory.

I probably asked him to hang out again, because I enjoyed his company. I guess I was more confident and relaxed around people back in those days.

Last year, Jonathan bizarrely revealed he and Jane shower less than once a week.

He expressed complete indifference, saying he couldn’t care less about his appearance and even disliked having to shower.

Sometimes I’ll go a full week or more without showering, and Jane does too. We basically just nest in bed like hamsters in their bedding.

During an appearance on the Parenting Hell podcast, he revealed he hadn’t showered that day. This came after comedian Josh Widdicombe playfully asked him about his last shower.

Jonathan explained he hadn’t exercised at all, adding, ‘That was yesterday. Why would I do it two days running? I haven’t worked out.’

Let me tell you, I’ve heard it all when it comes to personal hygiene! I once spoke to a guy who genuinely believed he’d been freshened up by a swim, and went a full two weeks without a proper wash in the Florida heat. Can you imagine? He was shocked when he realized it hadn’t masked the odor at all! It just goes to show, sometimes what feels clean isn’t actually doing the trick.

He mentioned that during a Florida vacation – they have a property there – he likely went about two weeks without showering properly, as he was constantly getting in and out of the pool in the sunny weather.
