JoJo Siwa’s Colorful Mansion Sells for $4.1M After Dramatic Staging Transformation

JoJo Siwa has agreed to sell her Tarzana residence, priced at $3.95 million, that she had put up for sale right before Christmas.

21-year-old former Dance Moms star sold her expansive six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house for a whopping $4.1 million. She had bought the property when she was just 16 years old in 2019.

Selling Sunset star, Chrishell Stause, and Omar Ababa from The Oppenheim Group had the listing. 

The spacious residence boasts a luxurious master bedroom equipped with walk-in wardrobes, a cozy fireplace, and a balcony.

After moving in, Jojo’s home initially burst with vibrant colors due to her unique decorative flair. However, this distinctive style was streamlined during the home-staging phase.

In the generously sized yard, you’ll find a swimming pool shaped like a rectangle, positioned near an alfresco patio and a basketball court for some fun outdoor activities.

An inviting seating space surrounds the swimming pool, while a shaded outdoor cooking/drinks station lies conveniently close for hosting friends during sunny seasons.

Straight ahead lies a stunning foyer, followed by a winding staircase, and to your left, you’ll find a cozy area equipped with a bar and a billiard table.

In this area, you’ll find a spacious, airy ambiance courtesy of white walls and ample lighting. A magnificent piano and cozy seating arrangements are thoughtfully positioned near the stairs, inviting relaxation and creativity.

The living room has French doors that open towards the outdoors, where you’ll find a fireplace and a beautifully decorated chandelier over the sitting area.

The kitchen has modern appliances as well as two islands in the middle and wooden cabinetry.

In the dining space, there’s ample area for a big table, accompanied by a chandelier and lights from above, positioned on the ceiling.

Instead of French doors, consider incorporating more light-admitting doorways that bring in ample sunlight and provide access to the spacious outdoor area at the rear of your property.

In my home, I’ve designed one bathroom with a touch of sophistication. It boasts pristine white marble tiles that lend a refined ambiance. A spacious walk-in shower adds to the luxury, while two distinct vanities ensure ample space for personal grooming essentials.

The dwelling provides seclusion for its inhabitants through a secured entry leading to a brick-paved driveway, accompanied by towering, verdant shrubs.

The grand house is located at the intersection of a tranquil residential area’s street, and it gained fame when Sia bought the property, being showcased on MTV Cribs afterward.

In the video, vibrant adornments were strategically set up all around the grand house, featuring everything from brightly colored ribbons to an imposing unicorn statue standing tall in the entrance hall.

Jojo too boasted a room for slime, a kaleidoscopic rainbow chamber, and a psychedelically decorated bedroom adorned with an astonishing 4,000 pounds of sweets.

While living in the Tarzana home, she faced a few incidents, including getting swatted twice.

Swatting refers to the act of someone making a fake emergency call to report non-existent crimes. This practice has been considered a federal offense since the year 2015.

In a chat with E! News, the dancer disclosed that they had been subjected to a “swatting” incident two days earlier, a fact they hadn’t shared with anyone until then. Essentially, when they arrived at their home, they found four police cars parked outside.

She also remembered thinking, ‘The officer inquired, “Why aren’t you accompanied by security at this time?”‘ or simply ‘The officer wondered why I wasn’t accompanied by security then.’

Initially, I didn’t find a use for it, saying “Because I haven’t had to use it so far.” However, now I find myself needing it daily. In the past month or two, since Karma was introduced, there has definitely been a change. It’s been quite an enjoyable experience, to say the least.

3 years ago, in 2021, Siwa’s house and she herself had been subjected to a hoax call known as ‘swatting’, which happened shortly after she publicly identified as LGBTQ+.

In that moment, she expressed on social platforms, “What terrified me was the belief that someone might have been inside our home unbeknownst to us. That’s what had me worried! Or perhaps someone sneaked in via the backyard.

On Nate Javier’s Instagram Live, I found myself shaking my head and exclaiming, “Pranking the police? Absolutely not! That’s one of the most ill-advised things you could ever do. It’s incredibly, extraordinarily, unbelievably illegal.

Initially, someone apparently phoned in a claim, and subsequently, paparazzi appeared out of nowhere from nearby corners.

The media figure went on saying, “Your backing means a lot to me. Yet, it might have been simpler if you had waited outside my home until I stepped out.

It might have been more beneficial for those officers to assist someone genuinely in need, rather than handling an alleged fabrication by the paparazzi.

In May 2023, Jojo disclosed that her mansion was broken into, and she posted videos showing masked intruders gaining entry to her residence.

Although it’s unclear whether Siwa was on the premises at that moment, she reassured her followers that her family and pets are secure. Above all else, their safety is what matters most to her.

Law enforcement responded to the mansion in Tarzana following an alarm signal from the security firm, however, the thieves had already fled the premises before the police arrived on the scene.
