Johnny Depp, 62, doesn’t look like this anymore as he embraces a grungy rock star image for surprise appearance
Johnny Depp used to have a movie star look with highlighted hair and a groomed goatee.
The 62-year-old actor, with a smile, donned custom-made suits and high-end shades, flaunting them on the red carpet.
Over the weekend, I embraced my inner rock star, sporting a grungy look during my performance in London as a seasoned Hollywood figure.
Johnny Depp joined Alice Cooper for an electric performance at the O2 Arena, paying homage to the late Ozzy Osbourne in a heartfelt tribute concert on Friday evening.
On Tuesday, Ozzy, aged 76, sadly passed away, mere weeks following his last performance alongside Black Sabbath, a fact which was confirmed by his loved ones.
The icon and Cooper, 77, paid tribute to Ozzy as they performed Black Sabbath’s Paranoid.
Depp made a surprise appearance for the touching tribute, as he played his guitar.
Before launching into a few of his popular songs, Cooper enthusiastically encouraged the audience, saying “Give it up for Ozzy!
In June, Depp expressed that he continues to yearn for the lifestyle he used to enjoy with his ex-partner Vanessa Paradis and their kids, which was based in the beautiful southern regions of France.
For fourteen years, the actor shared a life with an actress, vocalist, and model. Together they raised two children – Lily-Rose Depp, who is now 26, and Jack Depp, aged 23. Recently, Johnny confessed that the joyous period of his life was raising his kids.
He reminisced about his cherished moments from the past to The Sunday Times, stating, “Watching my children grow up in the sunny south of France during their formative years? To me, I was simply ‘Papa.’ I can’t express enough how much joy being a father brought me.
For the first time, I truly felt a sense of belonging was in the house located in the south of France, where Vanessa and I brought up our children. That’s the one location that has always felt like my home.

During a recent interview, the actor from Pirates of the Caribbean reminisced about his time with Vanessa (currently 51), discussing topics such as fame, family, and his current solitary existence.
Currently, Johnny lives in a rental home within London, admitting he typically prefers to stay indoors rather than socialize in public due to concerns about being identified.
He acknowledged that his present way of life has made him feel isolated and disconnected. In his own words, “I don’t venture out often,” and he went on to express, “I find myself alone with my thoughts; just pondering, scribbling or watching some peculiar content on YouTube. It doesn’t seem beneficial.

Inquired about whether he’s ever masked his identity to dodge noticeable, he replied: ‘I’ve donned hats or let my beard grow. However, there’s no way to conceal myself, and I feel awkward drawing this peculiar attention as I am quite introverted.’
He stated: ‘Fame has never been something I pursued intentionally. Over the 9,000 years I’ve devoted to this work, it’s evident that I didn’t spend my time considering ways to become more well-known, create a hit, or satisfy the media.’
-Becoming famous often comes with its own set of challenges. However, if I express my frustrations too loudly, people might suggest that I should consider working in a more humble profession like waste collection, saying something like, “Darling, you might want to try your hand at garbage collecting instead.
Johnny also said that when invited out by friends, he often declines.
‘To this day I just rarely go out,’ he said.

If friends ask me out for Mexican food, I respond, “Man, that’s really nice of you, but I might end up causing a distraction.” Even after nearly 4 decades of being famous, I’m still not comfortable with the attention it brings. And I’m grateful for not having to deal with it all the time.
When discussing his daughter Lily-Rose choosing a career in the same field, Johnny expressed that he had attempted to caution her about the potential drawbacks of fame. He also mentioned, “Often children ask me, ‘I want to act, what are your suggestions?’
I strongly advise them not to become that way. I’ve been through it myself on that road, and the best advice I can offer is to never let others change who you truly are.
They plan to make you their main spokesperson, which seems appealing due to the significant compensation. If this path aligns with your goals, by all means, pursue it. However, ensure that no one else decides your future for you.
