Later, he explained that their connection was built upon mutual encounters they had experienced and a mutual comprehension of the hurdles each was navigating in our individual lives.
Lawrence and Cope got married in 2022 and have a 19-month-old daughter named Dylan. On August 21, their daughter Dylan filed for divorce as the couple had separated in June.
He also stressed that his marriage was suffering before he even met his co-star.
“He penned down, ‘I was holding onto the idea that there might be a chance to salvage a relationship, deep inside me I acknowledged it was already lost.'”

He also suggested that Cope did not accept his two eldest daughters.
The celebrity emphasized that he wouldn’t or couldn’t yield on the affection and nurturing his daughters require, and this understanding significantly contributed to the end of his partnership, he said.
Star has two daughters, Charleston and Liberty, with his former spouse Chandie Yawn-Nelson, whom he was married to between the years 2005 and 2020.
He was previously married to Michelle Vella between 2002 and 2005.

On August 13, the woman with one child formally submitted divorce papers against the well-known actor from Melissa & Joey, marking the end of their two-year marriage due to ‘unresolvable disagreements.’ She specified the date she moved out as June 7, 2024.
Accompanying a video collage, Samantha wrote in the caption, “My wonderful friend just shared with me, ‘Don’t fear your tears; let them fall freely.'”
