38-year-old Joe Wicks, famously known as The Body Coach, along with his 33-year-old spouse Rosie, shared a delightful meal and a relaxing weekend with the chef’s relatives.

I’m delighted to introduce you to our latest addition, Dusty, who’s just two months old. Alongside Dusty, my partner and I are parents to Indie, aged six, Leni, two, and Marley, who’s five years old. And here’s the wonderful part: we’re also sharing Dusty with our dear friend Rosie, expanding our family circle even more!

Jamie, who is 49 years old, shares his life with a spouse named Jools, also 49. Together, they have five children: Poppy Honey (22), Daisy Boo (21), Petal Blossom (15), Buddy Bear (13), and River Rocket (8).

Joe posted pictures of everyone gathered, some showing him hugging Dusty, as well as pictures of delicious-looking meals, which he also shared.

Back in June Joe announced Rosie had given birth to their fourth child.

At 9:30 this morning, we joyfully ushered in our fourth child – a lovely baby boy tipping the scales at 7 lbs 13 oz.

At home, Rosie welcomed a new addition to her family. The midwives from St. Peter’s Hospital, part of the National Health Service, were nothing short of fantastic. Both Rosie and her newborn are thriving and taking some much-needed time to rest.

Additionally, Joe shared a heartwarming photo of his daughter Indie, who is six years old, cradling the baby and radiating joy as she looks at her.

Friends swiftly expressed their well-wishes beneath the post, as author Elizabeth Day wrote: ‘Congratulations to everyone! I’m thrilled for you!’

In the days leading up to her delivery, both Rosie and Joe remained uncertain about the name for their unborn child, as they had chosen to wait until the baby’s gender was revealed during birth.

In January, the fitness expert revealed that he and Rosie were anticipating the arrival of another baby, as she was already 20 weeks along with her pregnancy.

In our recent update, my loving partner and I decided to share a stunning image and expressed: “Preparing for baby number 4 ❤️ #20weeks.”

Since 2016, Joe and Rosie have been a couple, and they officially became husband and wife at a beautiful outdoor wedding in 2019.

In February, Rosie suffered a scare after she was rushed to hospital during her pregnancy.

Last week, Joe shared a photo of Rosie’s abdomen, freshly bandaged from her surgery, with his online followers. He announced, ‘Rosie underwent an appendectomy last week, both she and the baby are fine, and she is recovering well now.’

Last July, Joe revealed he had pulled daughter Indie out of reception to homeschool her.

Joe mentioned that he and Rosie, who aspire for a family of six, are planning to spend at least a year educating their kids at home within their £4 million estate in Surrey.
