As a long-time follower of Joe Wicks and his incredible journey, I must say that this latest stunt of his has left me both shocked and amused! The Body Coach never fails to surprise us with his antics, but drinking breast milk on live television takes the cake (or should I say, the milkshake?).

On Tuesday, Joe Wicks surprised the co-hosts of Good Morning Britain, Ed Balls and Ranvir Singh, when he recounted his wife Rosie’s response to him consuming her breast milk.

During an open and candid conversation, Joe Wicks (age 38), famously known as The Body Coach, shared his experience tasting and discussing the after-effects of consuming Rosie’s breast milk, revealing that this was not his initial attempt.

Last month, it caused some surprise when Joe posted a video on Instagram of himself consuming milk before going to see Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour show.

Although Rosie, aged 33, initially appeared slightly taken aback by his actions, the fitness enthusiast expressed feeling invigorated and positive following his intake of the breast milk.

Joe mentioned: “It’s not something I typically do, and I never imagined myself discussing drinking my wife’s breast milk on Good Morning Britain.”

“Well, it was just a moment of mischief. I was en route to a concert, and I had two choices: leave it on the ground or finish it off myself.” This version aims to convey the same meaning while using more natural, easy-to-read language.

On that particular evening, I experienced a fantastic time without consuming any alcohol. Instead, I felt invigorated and overall quite content with the way things turned out.

‘What did it taste like? I want to know’, Ed Balls asked.

Essentially, Joe is saying it’s similar to sweetened vanilla milk, incredibly natural in its sweetness. He clarifies he didn’t consume large quantities of it; just a single shot was enough for him.

Ed commented: “You’re incredibly courageous. I believe if I posed the same question to my wife about doing that, her response would be a resounding ‘No chance’.”

Joe said: ‘But I can’t be the first man to try their partner’s breast milk

Ranvir asked: ‘What did your wife think of it? Did she know you had done it?

Joe stated, “I mentioned that I plan on taking a sip of this. She reacted with ‘Oh, what are you up to?’. I’ve tried it previously, and honestly, I thought it would be enjoyable.”

In a video of the family walking to Wembley for the show, Joe asked his wife what she was doing.

‘Pumping on the go,’ Rosie said, to which her husband replied: ‘Save me some milk.’

In a subsequent video, Joe clarified his statement, saying, “I’ll stick with my vote, but if the vote was ‘no’, I would still drink it. That’s not up for debate. It’s liquid gold, like mother’s milk.”

That food’s energy and nutrient content is astonishingly high, and surprisingly, it has a delightfully sweet taste, reminiscent of pure vanilla milk. It’s no surprise that babies are drawn to sweet foods and flavors. Here’s to consuming it!

‘So unoffensive honestly this. It’s actually nice. I wouldn’t have it with porridge or cereal but it’s nice for a little shot now and again. Thanks Rose, thanks for your milk!’

In June, Joe and Rosie shared delightful updates on Instagram about the arrival of their fourth child as a family, accompanied by some adorable photographs of the newborn.

The couple, with children Indie aged six, Leni aged two, and Marley aged five, couldn’t be more ecstatic as they welcomed a new member into their already joyful family.
