Joe Manganiello’s fiancee Caitlin O’Connor hits wedding dress shops in NYC while going bra free in a nude crop top

Joe Manganiello’s fiancée Caitlin O’Connor was seen out in New York City on Saturday.

It seems the television personality was shopping for a wedding dress in preparation for her marriage to the actor from True Blood.

O’Connor explained to the Daily Mail that she was in New York City searching for her wedding dress, visiting various shops and boutiques.

Cait had ‘fun’ perusing the wedding dress stores as she looked at the designs.

It has also been learned that her wedding to Magic Mike actor Manganiello will be next year.

The journalist looked stylish for her trip to Manhattan’s wedding dress shops, wearing a nude crop top that showed off her abs, a camel coat draped over her shoulders, and patchwork blue jeans.

The model completed her outfit with simple beige heels and walked down the sidewalk, her highlighted hair flowing freely.

In mid October Manganiello confirmed his engagement to O’Connor.

The 48-year-old actor shared a picture with his 36-year-old fiancée, showing off her diamond engagement ring. They were both holding their Chihuahua, Bubbles.

The couple’s engagement isn’t recent; the actor revealed he proposed almost four months ago, sharing a post with the date ‘June 24th, 2025’ and two diamond ring emojis.

As a lifestyle observer, I noticed things heating up between Joe Manganiello and Caitlin Weaver around September of last year. It came not long after the news of his split from Sofia Vergara became public – a pretty quick turn of events, honestly!

Caitlin currently works as a reporter for E! News. She’s also an actress, known for her role as Dyan Cannon in HBO’s Winning Time and a guest appearance on the final episode of Two and a Half Men.

Joe and Sofia got married in 2015. At the time, Sofia was very famous for her role on Modern Family, and Joe was gaining recognition as a popular actor from True Blood and Magic Mike.

Their breakup became public in the summer of 2023, and just two months later, rumors started circulating that he was dating Caitlin, who is 18 years younger than his ex-partner, Sofia.

Sources say they first met at a party celebrating the HBO series Winning Time, which is about the 1980s Lakers. The meeting reportedly happened at a hot tub during the unofficial afterparty.

People reported that a source said the couple immediately connected when they first met, spending the entire time talking in the hot tub.

They first appeared together on the red carpet in December, at a gala celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Children of Armenia Fund, held at Cipriani in New York City.

Joe, with a touch of Armenian heritage from his mother’s side, was delighted to receive an award at the festival and happily posed for photos with Caitlin.

According to Us Weekly, the pair gets along great because they’re both relaxed and easy to be around. A source also shared that she’s low-key and doesn’t require a lot of fuss, preferring to avoid heavy drinking or a wild party lifestyle.

Last year, Sofia announced her separation from Joe, explaining that they disagreed about having children – she didn’t want to have them later in life, as reported by El Pais.

Joe strongly disagreed with her account, explaining that he and Sofia had attempted to start a family for the first year and a half of their relationship. He also insisted he’d promised her he wouldn’t leave if they were unable to have children, and that he kept that promise.

In an interview with Men’s Journal, he explained that while children are often a factor in divorce, it wasn’t the reason for his. He said the split happened simply because he and his partner grew apart, which he noted is something that happens in many relationships.

He strongly denied being portrayed as someone going through a midlife crisis, or as giving an ultimatum – demanding someone harm their health or he would leave after nine years. He stated that wasn’t his character at all.

According to a source, Joe really wants to have children, and his previous relationship with Sofia ended partly because they didn’t share that goal.

Early in their relationship, Caitlin and her partner discussed their future and both agreed they wanted to have a family someday.

Joe and Caitlin have a wonderful connection, and he’s incredibly happy to have found her. He used to believe he’d spend his life with Sofia, possibly raising a family, but now he’s glad things turned out differently.

Now that he’s engaged, they’re planning a wedding and hope to start a family soon. They have clear goals for their future – marriage and children – and are confident these plans will come to fruition. They’re filled with excitement about what lies ahead.

Sofia was first married in the early 1990s to her high school boyfriend, Joe Gonzalez. They had a son, Manolo Gonzalez Vergara, who is now 33 years old.

After her previous marriage ended, she dated actor Nick Loeb for two years. They got engaged in 2012, but ended their relationship in 2014.

Earlier this year O’Connor told the Daily Mail’s Heidi Parker how she stays in such great shape.

The TV star told the Daily Mail that she eats meals from Precision Food Works, which are customized to her individual health needs based on her blood test results.

Precision Food Works offers a meal delivery service that personalizes each plan using blood test results, according to their website. They focus on tailoring nutrition to individual needs with a scientific approach.

Precision Food Works’ software creates custom recipes tailored to each person’s specific needs, ensuring they get exactly the right amount of protein, carbs, and fat.

Our advanced blood and urine tests are tailored to each person’s specific health needs. While the testing process is highly scientific, we explain the results in a clear and easy-to-understand way.

She mentioned her boyfriend, Joe, who she affectionately calls her ‘love,’ is also following the diet. He particularly likes that the program is personalized to each individual, based on their genetic makeup – essentially, it’s designed around what your genes tell you to eat.

O’Connor also emphasized the importance of staying hydrated, explaining that she drinks 2.5 liters of water daily.

She works out a lot to stay in shape. “I enjoy exercising and aim to do it three to five times a week, or whenever I have the chance while traveling,” O’Connor shared with the Daily Mail.

She stays active with a variety of exercises she enjoys. ‘I love going to Pilates at Alo Wellness Club once a week, and I try to lift weights as often as I can!’ says O’Connor. ‘I really don’t like traditional cardio, but I know I need it, so I usually walk on an incline or stairs for about 45 minutes.’

Sofia Vergara frequently exercises with her husband, Joe Manganiello, at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California. She described him as a fantastic workout partner.
