Jimmy Neutron star Jeff Garcia has been hospitalized.
According to TMZ, the 48-year-old actor is currently receiving medical care at a facility in Southern California, but the reason for his stay is unknown.
He was briefly hospitalized with pneumonia around November 20th, but recovered and was discharged a few days later.
People close to the family have expressed worry about his health, especially since he was recently in the hospital.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Garcia’s reps for comment.
Jeff is most famous for providing the voice of Sheen in the Jimmy Neutron franchise, including the 2001 movie Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius and 52 episodes of the TV show The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius.
Comedian Keith Reza expressed his concern on X after hearing the news, writing, ‘Please God be with Jeff Garcia. I’ve lost so many people, and his son, Jojo, needs him. Jeff is one of my best friends.’
Another concerned fan wrote, ‘Prayers up.’
‘He’s a great stand up comedian as well, get well soon Jeff,’ someone else wrote.
Another wished him a ‘fast recovery.’
Jeff continued voicing the character of Sheen in the spin-off series, Planet Sheen, which premiered in 2010 and ran for 26 episodes.
He also provided the voice for Rinaldo the penguin in the 2006 movie Happy Feet and appeared as a guest star on the animated show Clone High.
His other voice roles include the animated films Rio and Rio 2.
He competed on the Comedy Central series Reality Bites Back but quit after the first day.
Jeff also performs stand-up comedy, and he was still doing shows in November, only a few weeks before he was hospitalized.
He began his comedy career in 1991, performing at clubs across Southern California throughout the 1990s.
He then transitioned into acting in 1995.
