Jimmy Kimmel reveals blistering reason he wants Trump to compete on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?
Jimmy Kimmel recently shared an intense motivation behind his wish for Donald Trump to appear on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire.
The individual, who is 57 years old and has been hosting since 2020, expressed a desire to find out just how knowledgeable the “genius” truly is, according to Extra.
Famous individuals participate in an intellectual challenge, answering questions about various subjects, with the goal of donating one million dollars to a charity of their preference if they succeed.
When asked who he would like as a guest on his show, Kimmel replied with a chuckle: “Wouldn’t it be intriguing to have Donald Trump sit in the hot seat and test his knowledge?
Feel free to sit down. Frankly, every minute you invest in a game show means less time for being President, which I think is great!
Kimmel, known for his criticism of the president, acknowledged that he holds a great deal of admiration for any famous figure who gets involved.

He commented, “I respect anyone who takes a seat for this program; they’re essentially putting their reputation on the line.
Kimmel made his remarks regarding Trump following the U.S. President’s statement suggesting that both Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon might lose their shows, as it was announced that The Late Show with Stephen Colbert will conclude in May 2026.
Trump posted on his personal Truth Social platform: “It’s rumored, and this is a significant claim, that Jimmy Kimmel is about to leave the unskilled Late Night competition, followed closely by Fallon.
These individuals lack any discernible talent, yet they’ve been handsomely compensated for ruining once-excellent TV shows.
‘It’s really good to see them go, and I hope I played a major part in it! (sic)’
In reply, Kimmel wrote on Instagram: “It seems like it’s your turn next, or perhaps this is yet another delightful mystery.
His contract for Jimmy Kimmel Live! – which airs on ABC – is set to expire in 2026.
Simultaneously, Colbert has raised doubts about CBS’ assertion that their decision to terminate the show was solely based on financial reasons.

He asked: ‘How could it be purely be a financial decision if The Late Show is No. 1 in ratings?’
It was revealed that his television program would conclude, following the resolution of a $16 million lawsuit between the network’s corporate entity, Paramount Global, and Donald Trump. This legal action stemmed from Trump’s accusation that the 60 Minutes interview featuring Kamala Harris had been misleadingly edited.
In the aftermath of the agreement, I, as a devoted follower, perceived Colbert’s characterization of the move as a substantial and tempting incentive, given that Paramount is currently waiting for FDA approval in relation to its forthcoming merger with Skydance.
