Jhye Richardson Engaged
Australian cricketer Jhye Richardson is engaged to his long-term partner Ashleigh Howart.
It was announced on Instagram on Monday that the pair, thought to have started dating in 2022, have some joyful news to share.
In a heartwarming photo, the 28-year-old standout player from Perth Scorchers, along with his radiant fiancée, displayed affectionate smiles. Notably, his fiancée showcased a stunning diamond ring that sparkled brightly.
In the photograph, you can see one of them placing a hand on Jhye’s torso, suggesting a close bond between them. The scene was set amidst a lush, green bushland that seemed to be bathed in the soft glow of a setting sun.
‘Team play mode. Goal: Until our partnership endures, as reflected in my love for gaming, Jhye labeled this photo.
Jyhe’s cricket buddies flocked to the comments to congratulate the happy couple.
Western Australia’s shining player Baxter Holt expressed: ‘I’m thrilled to bits! Love reigns supreme, congratulations to both of you on your special moment!’
Cameron Green added: ‘Congrats guys.’
Indian IPL player Khaleel Ahmed commented, ‘Congratulations,’ alongside two red love heart emojis.

‘Incredible, Congrats guys,’ emerging star Mahli Beardman wrote.
Despite a series of injuries that have disrupted his cricket career, pace bowler Jhye has consistently had Ashleigh by his side.
During the match at Adelaide Oval in November, it seemed that Jhye sustained an injury while rejoicing after taking a wicket.
During that period, the fast bowler hadn’t played in the first four matches of the Sheffield Shield season due to a hamstring injury that had left him on the bench.

He had surgery for his shoulder injury all the way back in 2020, which later caused him to be unable to play in the 2023 World Cup because of his injury.
Towards the end of last year, Jhye managed an exciting comeback in First Class cricket, getting rid of Conor McInerney and Daniel Drew with two consecutive balls.
