Both sides have remained tight-lipped regarding details, yet Simpson may have suggested some disagreement while announcing her return to music.

She expressed on social media (on November 11) that her return (comeback) is a deeply personal matter, serving as an apology to herself for enduring situations that were unjustified.

Simpson is currently based in Nashville, working diligently on fresh tunes, whereas Johnson maintains their home responsibilities.

Both have been seen recently without their wedding rings.

Although some sources claim that divorce attorneys have been reached out to by individuals near the music producer within the last two months, confidants have revealed to DailyMail.com that she is determined to steer clear of a definitive separation in order to prioritize their shared children.

An insider claimed the couple agree that if they don’t make changes, their marriage will be over. 

According to a source, Jessica aims to maintain her marriage and revitalize her relationship, as it’s lost its spark.

‘Eric has been an incredible father,’ the source said.

‘He has been there for her in her sobriety journey and has been able to deal with all her ups and downs. He has been her rock.’

People close to the situation report that the couple is determined to find a solution for the benefit of their kids, and they aren’t planning on taking any hasty actions during the holidays.

‘They are both aware that things need to change if they are to make it work.’

They’re currently experiencing a sluggish phase, and they’re both pondering over potential solutions to rejuvenate the situation. They’re considering whether counseling might help or if there are other alternatives.

‘They don’t want to make any rash decisions over the holidays,’ the source asserted.

According to the source, they’ve been facing some difficult times together. However, she is hoping to overcome these issues because she cares deeply about their children and continues to love him, and he feels the same way about her.
