Last Thursday, the popular singer, aged 35, was seen trying to conceal her expanding belly beneath a heavy, patterned coat while walking at Sydney Airport.
The Darwin-born performer tried to go incognito under the baggy multi-coloured coat, which concealed her growing belly.

Jessica sported a sleek black cap and oversized shades, blending inconspicuously amidst the crowded airport.

Her excursion occurred the day following the announcement that they, along with Themeli Magripilis, are preparing for the arrival of their initial child.
As a die-hard fan bursting with excitement, I can’t help but share the thrilling news: I’ve learned from The Daily Telegraph that Jessica is set to embrace parenthood for the very first time with Themeli by her side, early in the new year!
The article stated that the surprise is now five months into her pregnancy, and the pair has just shared this wonderful news with their loved ones.
They encountered each other for the first time in Darwin, which is where Mauboy hails from, at a nightclub. The encounter took place when she was only 18 years old, during a round of “truth or dare.
During an interview with The Sunday Project last year, the singer herself described the initial meeting as an awkward experience, which she also remembered vividly.
She shared that she was out with a group of eight friends, and as luck would have it, they began playing the game Truth or Dare. In the course of the game, she opted for the “dare” challenge.
Jessica didn’t share the specifics of the challenge, but mentioned that she encountered Themeli shortly thereafter and told him she swiftly headed over to him right away.
For seven years, the pair kept their romance alive as Themeli resided in the Northern Territory and Jessica started her career in Sydney.
In October 2019, Jessica announced her engagement to Themeli. They finally got married in July 2022, and last August, she revealed to the Sunday Times that the journey to their union took quite some time.
