Jessica Alba’s ex Cash Warren reflects on ‘lessons learned’ in 2025 following divorce

Cash Warren reflected on 2025 in an Instagram post shared on Wednesday, New Year’s Eve.

The 46-year-old, who is a father of three and separated from Jessica Alba, 44, last year, recently shared photos with his children along with a touching message.

The exes are parents to daughters Honor, 17, Haven, 14, and son Hayes, who turned 8 on December 31.

Warren shared a heartfelt sentiment, saying that someone began as a difficult period in his life, but ultimately became a cherished memory he’d always treasure.

The producer shared some insights gained over the past year: embracing things as they are can ease suffering. He also noted that our minds function like the first algorithms, and if we don’t address negative thoughts, they’ll keep cycling through our heads.

He observed that it’s easy to mistake genuine wisdom for self-obsession, warning people to be wary of those who can’t tell the difference between the two.

Included in the carousel post was a shirtless photo of the star flexing his washboard abs.

The proud dad addressed each of his kids in his caption, beginning with his oldest child.

Okay, I was so proud of my niece, Honor, this year! Seriously, her determination is incredible. No matter what challenges came her way, she stayed laser-focused on her goals, and it was truly inspiring to watch. She’s such a role model for her siblings, always leading the way. And the best part? She got into YALE! I couldn’t be happier for her – it’s a dream come true!

He continued, thanking Haven for keeping him honest and for being so open about her concerns. He really appreciated her honesty and also joked that she’d taught him how to act cool and unbothered.

He told his son, ‘Hayes, thank you for showing me how to live without regrets.’ His son replied, ‘Dad, think of all the people who’ve made the same mistake as me – it’s okay!’ Happy 8th Birthday to my wonderful son!

Ending on a positive note, and subtly referencing his recent split, Warren expressed his gratitude to both his longtime and newer fans, sharing a heart emoji.

‘Thanks for extending your hands to help me get back on my feet. Happy New Year!!’

His and Alba’s separation date is listed as December 27, 2024. She filed for divorce on February 7.

Earlier this year, Alba announced her split from Warren, explaining that she’s been growing and changing as a person – both on her own and within their relationship.

The message went on to say that after 20 wonderful years together, they were both ready to focus on personal growth and begin a new phase in their lives.

Despite the breakup, she paid tribute to her ex with a heartfelt message on Father’s Day.

‘Happy Father’s Day, @cash_warren,’ the silver screen siren wrote to her estranged spouse.

The photo showed the film producer holding their new baby, with their daughters watching. It was shared with a nostalgic caption.

Following their breakup, Warren has been romantically linked to Hana Sun Doerr and Seanna Pereira.

For her part, the Honey actress is dating 33-year-old actor Danny Ramirez.
